雅斯贝尔斯大学教育思想研究及其启示

【摘要】:社会在发展,时代在变迁,大学亦在不断的改革和变化着。新世纪以来,我国高等教育实现了从精英高等教育向大众化高等教育的“跨越式’发展,但是,在取得可喜成就的同时面临着各种发展难题。随着我国大学教育改革的不断深入,大学教育体制行政化,官本位思想日益凸显,学术腐败不断恶化,人才培养模式趋同化等问题不断涌现,并成为制约我国大学教育改革和发展的瓶颈。对雅斯贝尔斯大学教育思想的研究,给我国当今的大学教育改革提供重要的借鉴和指导作用。 本文重点探讨了雅斯贝尔斯的大学教育思想及对我国大学教育改革的启示。其主要内容包括三个部分: 第一部分:绪论部分。该部分指明了本课题的选题缘由和研究意义,分析了此前有关本课题的研究现状,得出本文的研究思路,并对文章的核心概念“大学教育”进行了界定。 第二部分:该部分包括二、三两章。第二章主要分析了雅斯贝尔斯的教育经历和实践,把他的教育经历分成早期教育,中小学教育和大学教育三个阶段。第三章探讨了雅斯贝尔斯大学教育思想形成背景和理论渊源,从德国国内和国外两个维度分析了其大学教育思想的形成背景,并明确了其教育思想的两个理论渊源:存在主义哲学和人本主义教育理念。 第三部分:该部分包括四、五两章,是本文的研究重点。首先结合雅斯贝尔斯的教育经历和生活环境对他的大学观、大学教育观、大学和大学教育改革观进行研读,从求真宇宙的大学性质观,教学和科研的二元大学职能观,大学自治和学术自由解读他的大学观;从精神生命生的大学教育本质观和“全人”的大学教育目的观,知识的宇宙和苏格拉底式教育,交往、对话和陶冶、唤醒阐述他的大学教育观;从物质文化,制度文化和精神文化研读他的大学和大学教育改革观点。然后结合我国大学教育的改革和发展现状指出其大学教育思想对我国大学教育改革的借鉴作用,得出我国大学教育改革和发展中应坚持和贯彻以人为本的大学教育理念,坚持教学和科研相结合的原则,坚持通才教育为主,辅之以专才教育,合理有效保障大学自治和学术自由。
[Abstract]:Society is developing, times are changing, universities are constantly reforming and changing. Since the new century, China's higher education has realized the "leap-forward" development from elite higher education to popular higher education. However, it has made gratifying achievements at the same time facing various development problems. With the deepening of the reform of university education, the administration of university education system, the increasingly prominent ideology of officialdom, the worsening of academic corruption, the assimilation of talent training models, etc. And has become a bottleneck restricting the reform and development of university education in China. The research on the educational thought of Jaspers University provides an important reference and guidance for the reform of college education in our country. This paper focuses on the college education thought of Jaspers and its enlightenment to the reform of university education in China. Its main content includes three parts: Part one: introduction. This part points out the reason and significance of this topic, analyzes the current research situation of this subject, draws the research idea of this paper, and defines the core concept of the article "university education". The second part: this part includes two, three two chapters. The second chapter mainly analyzes the educational experience and practice of Jaspers, and divides his educational experience into three stages: early education, primary and secondary education and university education. The third chapter discusses the background and theoretical origin of the educational thought of Jaspers University, and analyzes the background of the formation of the educational thought from the two dimensions of Germany and foreign countries. Two theoretical origins of his educational thought are clarified: existentialist philosophy and humanistic educational concept. The third part: this part includes four, five two chapters, is the research focus of this paper. First of all, combined with Jaspers' educational experience and living environment, he studied his view of university, university education, university and university education reform, from the view of the university nature of the true universe, the dual university function view of teaching and scientific research. The university autonomy and academic freedom interpret his view of university; from the view of the essence of university education of the students of spiritual life and the view of the purpose of university education of "whole man", the universe of knowledge and Socrates education, communication, dialogue and edification, Arousing his views on university education and studying his views on college and university education reform from material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. Then combining with the current situation of the reform and development of university education in our country, the author points out the reference function of the university education thought to the university education reform of our country, and draws the conclusion that we should adhere to and carry out the people-oriented university education idea in the reform and development of university education in our country. Adhere to the principle of combining teaching and scientific research, insist on generalist education, supplemented by professional education, reasonable and effective protection of university autonomy and academic freedom.
