当代中国马克思主义人才观视域下的大学生养成教育研究

【摘要】：大学阶段是学生人生观、价值观趋于成熟的关键时期，也是大学生逐渐走向社会的重要过渡阶段。当代大学生思维活跃、勇于创新，具有较强的自主意识和竞争意识。由于我国处于社会转型的特殊时期，各种不良因素的影响和冲击，且高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转变，部分大学生在思想道德、心理素质和行为方式上出现一系列问题。近年来，发生在大学校园里的一系列恶性事件，也使我们更加明确加强大学生养成教育的现实必要性。本文针对当代大学生种种不良现象，对大学生养成教育进行了系统探讨，并对大学生养成教育方面存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，，力求为我国大学生教育工作提供有益的见解和参考。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分是绪论部分，主要对大学生养成教育研究背景及意义、国内外相关研究现状及本文的创新和不足之处进行了主要概括。第二部分则主要阐述了经典马克思主义人才观的基本内涵、中国共产党人才观对马克思主义人才观的继承与发展、当代马克思主义人才观的丰富内涵等。第三部分重点阐述了养成教育的内涵、理论支撑、基本规律，大学生养成教育的内涵和特点，大学生养成教育与养成教育的关系，以及加强大学生养成教育的重大意义等。第四部分主要对中国当代大学生养成教育的现状进行了分析和评价，包括科技时代对人才培养与成长带来的机遇、挑战和困境，当代大学生所具备的鲜明的时代特征，当代大学生养成教育取得的成果和存在的主要问题。论文最后第五部分对大学生养成教育的实施对策进行重点展开说明，为养成教育的实施提供了一系列明确的对策。
[Abstract]:The university stage is the key period for students' outlook on life and values, and it is also an important transition stage for college students to go to the society. Contemporary college students are active in thinking, bold in innovation, and have strong sense of independence and competition. Because our country is in the special period of social transformation, the influence and impact of various adverse factors, and higher education from elite education to popular education, some college students in the ideological and moral, psychological quality and behavior of a series of problems. In recent years, a series of vicious events occurred in the university campus, which also make us more clear the practical necessity of strengthening the cultivation education of college students. In view of all kinds of bad phenomena of contemporary college students, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the cultivation education of college students, and analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation education of college students. In order to provide useful insights and references for the education of college students in our country. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly summarizes the background and significance of the research on the cultivation education of college students, the current research situation at home and abroad, the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The second part mainly expounds the basic connotation of the classical Marxist concept of talent, the succession and development of the concept of talent of the Communist Party of China to the Marxist concept of talent, and the rich connotation of the contemporary Marxist view of talent. The third part focuses on the connotation, theoretical support, basic law, the connotation and characteristics of the cultivation education of college students, the relationship between the cultivation education of college students and the cultivation education, as well as the great significance of strengthening the cultivation education of college students. The fourth part mainly analyzes and evaluates the present situation of the cultivation education of contemporary college students in China, including the opportunities, challenges and difficulties brought about by the age of science and technology to the cultivation and growth of talents, as well as the distinctive characteristics of the times of contemporary college students. The achievements and main problems in the cultivation education of contemporary college students. In the last part of the paper, the author focuses on the implementation of college students' formative education, which provides a series of clear countermeasures for the implementation of cultivation education.
