教师本科教学性投入问题研究

【摘要】:教学是高等院校的中心任务,高校教师的教学性投入直接关系到教学质量,进而影响整个高等教育和人才培养质量。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》重点强调了提高高等教育质量和人才培养质量的问题,强调“牢固树立人才培养在高校工作中的中心地位,加大教学投入,教师要把教学作为首要任务,不断提高等教育教学水平”。如何改进教学工作,改善教师教学性投入,提升高等教育质量和人才培养质量,已成为高等教育关注并亟待研究解决的重要课题。 本文通过分析高校教师劳动的特点、教学环节中高校教师的角色、人才培养质量保障中高校教师的作用,探讨了高校教师在本科人才培养中的作用。利用问卷调查和实证分析的方法,在某综合大学选取调研对象进行调研工作,分析目前教师本科教学性投入情况和存在问题;提出了教师本科教学性投入的影响因素,包括教学理论的指导作用、教学观念与态度、教学方法、学生的学习反馈等;从构建高校教学质量管理的长效机制、正确对待教学和科研的关系、从实践层面上改革教学、高校教师改进教学方法的措施、通过改善外部环境提高人才培养质量等方面提出了改进高校教师教学投入的思路。
[Abstract]:Teaching is the central task of colleges and universities. The teaching input of university teachers is directly related to the quality of teaching. Thus, the overall quality of higher education and talent training is affected. The National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) emphasizes the improvement of the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training. It is emphasized that "firmly establish the central position of talent training in the work of colleges and universities, increase teaching investment, teachers should take teaching as the primary task and constantly improve the level of education and teaching". How to improve teaching work, improve teachers' teaching input, improve the quality of higher education and the quality of talent training, has become an important subject of higher education concern and urgent research and solution. By analyzing the characteristics of college teachers' labor, the role of university teachers in teaching links, and the role of university teachers in the quality assurance of talent training, this paper probes into the role of university teachers in the cultivation of undergraduate talents. By using the method of questionnaire and empirical analysis, this paper selects the research object to carry on the investigation work in a comprehensive university, analyzes the current situation and the existing problem of the teacher's undergraduate teaching input, and puts forward the influencing factors of the teacher's undergraduate teaching input. Including the guiding role of teaching theory, teaching ideas and attitudes, teaching methods, students' learning feedback, etc., from the construction of a long-term mechanism of teaching quality management, the correct treatment of the relationship between teaching and scientific research, the reform of teaching from the practical level, Through improving the external environment and improving the quality of personnel training, this paper puts forward some ideas to improve the teaching input of college teachers.
