安徽大学文化素质教育研究

【摘要】:进入20世纪中期以后,随着人才竞争的加剧,世界各国,特别是发达国家,纷纷进行高等教育改革,通过政策法律、改革措施,更加注重了人的整体发展。我国大陆在上世纪八九十年代开始进行高等教育改革,教育部1995年开始进行文化素质教育工作,经过动员发动、试点探索、建立基地、推广普及,十几年的来文化素质教育工作取得显著的成绩,引起了包括人才培养等多方面观念的变革。 安徽省在上世纪末期就开始注意大学生的文化素质教育,凭借深厚的文化历史底蕴,积极探索具有地域特色的文化素质教育。安徽大学是安徽省唯一省属“211”院校,属于第一批国家大学生文化素质教育基地院校。该校从1994年提出“三基并重、全面发展”的口号,从教育思想、人才培养模式、学制、校园文化建设、教学实践等各方面进行改革尝试,至今取得了重要成绩。 因为研究主题在某种程度上决定了研究方法和途径,因此本文总体上以定性与定量分析相结合为指导,主要采用了历史法、文献法、调查法、比较法等。本文首先通过对安徽大学文化素质教育的背景、政策文献以及前人的研究成果的研究,分析界定文化素质教育的概念和内涵,进而明确研究对象和范围。其次从对安徽大学在校本科生的问卷调查入手,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析,结合对安徽大学国家大学生文化素质教育基地的观察实践和教务数据、校改资料的收集,了解安徽大学文化素质教育实施的现状,发现包括领导层、教师、学生和管理过程等各方面问题。通过材料的整理和理论分析,找到深层次的原因。文章最后从宏观的教育思想、大学精神,中观的大学领导、行政人员和广大授课教师,到微观的人才培养方案等各方面提出建议对策,力图为该校文化素质教育管理以及改革提供参考。
[Abstract]:After entering the middle of the 20th century, with the aggravation of talent competition, countries all over the world, especially developed countries, have carried out the reform of higher education one after another, and have paid more attention to the overall development of human beings through policies, laws and measures. The reform of higher education began in the 1980s and 1990s in the mainland of China, and the Ministry of Education began to carry out the work of cultural quality education in 1995. Through mobilization, pilot exploration, establishment of bases and popularization, In the past ten years, the work of cultural quality education has made remarkable achievements, which has brought about a change in many aspects of ideas, including the cultivation of talents. Anhui Province began to pay attention to the cultural quality education of college students in the late last century, relying on its profound cultural and historical background. Actively explore cultural quality education with regional characteristics. Anhui University is the only provincial "211" colleges in Anhui Province, belonging to the first batch of national college students' cultural quality education base. Since 1994, the school has put forward the slogan of "three basic equal emphasis, all-round development". It has tried to reform from the aspects of educational thought, talent training model, school system, campus culture construction, teaching practice and so on. So far, important achievements have been made. Because the research subject determines the research methods and approaches to a certain extent, this paper is guided by the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and mainly adopts the historical method, the literature method, the investigation method, the comparative method and so on. Firstly, through the research on the background, policy documents and predecessors' research results of cultural quality education in Anhui University, this paper analyzes and defines the concept and connotation of cultural quality education, and then clarifies the object and scope of the study. Secondly, starting with the questionnaire survey of Anhui University undergraduate students, using SPSS software to carry on the statistical analysis, combining the observation practice and educational administration data of the national university students' cultural quality education base of Anhui University, collecting the data of the university reform. To understand the current situation of cultural quality education in Anhui University, and to find out the problems of leadership, teachers, students and management process. Through the material collation and the theory analysis, finds the deep level reason. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions from the macro educational thought, the university spirit, the middle view university leader, the administrative staff and the general teaching teacher, to the microscopic talented person training plan and so on. This paper tries to provide reference for the management and reform of cultural quality education in this school.
