高校学风建设综合评价体系研究

【摘要】:随着近些年我国高校的不断扩招,我国的高等教育已经进入大众化教育阶段,,学生人数的不断增加,加大了教育资源的不断紧张,教育学家和教育管理者对大学生培养质量表现出了前所未有的忧虑和关注。作为高等教育现状表征和大学内涵精神的学风,已成为国家高度重视的问题。本文从管理学的角度,通过理论分析和案例研究,对如何评价高校的学风状况,如何构建一个科学、规范、可操作的学风建设综合评价体系等问题作了研究和讨论。 全文分为五个章节: 第一章为绪论。首先介绍论文的研究背景、问题的提出、国内在学风建设方面理论和评价实践上的研究现状,其次根据学风座谈调研,并结合相关文献,对当前高校学风状况和影响因素进行了述评,最后介绍主要研究内容和拟采用的研究方法。 第二章为相关理论概述。首先简要介绍教育评价、层次分析法、模糊综合评价等相关理论,然后对学风的科学内涵进行归纳和分析。 第三章为高校学风建设综合评价体系的构建。首先提出学风建设综合评价的定义、要素、内容、功能进行了规范和阐述,然后建立评价指标体系,构建模型,运用层次分析法确定要素权重,最后运用模糊评价法给出评判模型和计算方法。 第四章为案例分析。通过邀请相关专家,根据高校学风建设综合评价指标体系量表和观测点说明,对一所高校的学风状况进行评价。 第五章为结论与展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities in recent years, higher education in our country has entered the stage of mass education, the number of students has been increasing, and the educational resources have become more and more tight. Educators and education administrators have shown unprecedented concern and concern about the quality of college students. As a symbol of the present situation of higher education and the spirit of university connotation, the style of study has become a matter of great importance to the country. From the point of view of management, through theoretical analysis and case study, this paper discusses how to evaluate the situation of academic style in colleges and universities, how to construct a scientific and standardized system. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. First of all, it introduces the research background of the thesis, puts forward the question, the domestic research status of the theory and evaluation practice in the construction of the style of study, and then according to the discussion of the style of study, combined with the relevant literature, This paper reviews the current situation and influencing factors of the style of study in colleges and universities, and finally introduces the main research contents and the research methods to be adopted. The second chapter is a summary of the relevant theories. This paper briefly introduces the theories of education evaluation, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then sums up and analyzes the scientific connotation of the style of study. Chapter three is the construction of comprehensive evaluation system for the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities. Firstly, the definition, elements, contents and functions of comprehensive evaluation of study style construction are put forward, and then the evaluation index system is established, the model is built, and the weight of the elements is determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to give the evaluation model and calculation method. Chapter four is the case analysis. By inviting relevant experts, according to the comprehensive evaluation index system of academic style construction in colleges and universities and the explanation of observation points, this paper evaluates the situation of study style in a university. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
