【摘要】：本文在大学信息公开与民众公平诉求相关基本理论的铺垫下，分析了大学信息公开与民众公平诉求间的相互关系、挖掘出了大学信息公开与民众公平诉求之间存有的核心矛盾，，然后根据这些因素构建了相关的“大学信息公开与民众公平诉求间的矛盾调和机制架构”、“大学信息公开与民众公平诉求间的矛盾调和组织建设”、“大学信息公开与公民公平诉求间的矛盾调和渠道”以及“大学信息公开与民众公平诉求间的矛盾调和方法”。研究旨在通过机制的建设，切实地发现及调和大学信息公开中那些违背民众公平诉求的矛盾因素，以期通过机制的构建推进大学信息公开的制度化和民主化进程，切实服务于大学的民主管理与监督。
[Abstract]:Under the foundation of the basic theories of the university information openness and the public fair appeal, this paper analyzes the relationship between the university information openness and the public fair demand, and excavates the core contradiction between the university information openness and the public fair demand. Then, according to these factors, the paper constructs the relevant "contradiction and reconciliation mechanism between university information openness and the appeal of public justice", "the contradiction and the organization construction between university information openness and the appeal of public fairness". "the contradiction between university information openness and citizen's fair demand" and "the contradiction and harmony method between university information openness and public's fair demand". The purpose of this study is to find out and reconcile the contradictory factors in university information disclosure that are contrary to the demands of public equity through the construction of mechanism, in order to promote the process of institutionalization and democratization of university information disclosure through the construction of mechanism. To serve the democratic management and supervision of universities.
