建国以来大学生思想道德素质变迁研究

【摘要】:在新世纪,综合国力成为各国竞争的核心因素。这其中的关键是人才,决定人才优劣的首要条件是人的素质。而思想道德素质是个人素质中的灵魂。思想道德素质对人的文化素质、专业技能素质、身体心理素质有着引导和监督的作用。大学生是祖国的未来、民族的希望,是社会主义建设的接班人,其思想道德素质的高低不仅关系着个人发展还关系到祖国的未来,民族的命运。社会是一个不断变革和发展的过程,大学生的思想道德素质受社会环境影响,也是一个不断变化发展的过程,在不同的时期表现出不同的特点。 本文采用文献分析、史论结合的方法,在整理大量历史文献的基础上,分析建国后不同时期影响大学生思想道德素质的因素,概括不同时期大学生思想道德素质的表现特征,力图总结出建国以来大学生思想道德素质变迁的特征、经验及启示。 本论文分为六章。第一章介绍了课题的研究目的、意义和研究内容,研究思路和方法以及相关概念。第二章叙述了建国后(1949-1978)影响大学生思想道德素质的因素:新生政权面临的严峻挑战,国家对高校思想政治教育的重视。并挖掘了这个期间大学生强烈的爱国主义责任感、高度的政治觉悟、高尚的社会主义道德水平及高涨的政治热情等特点。最后对这个时期大学生思想道德素质的优点与局限性进行了一些评述。第三章介绍了改革开放后(1978-2000)影响大学生的思想道德素质特点主要因素:改革开放后我国社会的变化及改革开放对我国社会的冲击。这个时期大学生思想道德素质的表现主要有个人思想中权威思想的递减、自我意识的觉醒、理想信念的摇摆等。把这个时期大学生划分为“文革”中出生的一代和“文革”后出生的一代,并分别对其思想道德素质的优缺点进行了评述。第四章指出了新世纪以来影响大学生思想道德素质的国内外因素:全球化进程的加快、市场经济的深入发展、社会主义荣辱观和价值观的弘扬。这个时期大学生思想道德素质的特点包括积极向上务实进取的人生观、继续保持了浓厚的政治热情。并指出了这时期大学生思想上存在的一些问题。第五章在总结全文的基础上,概括出了大学生思想道德素质的变迁特征、变迁经验和变迁启示。变迁特征:变迁的主题,始终围绕社会和时代发展的主线;变迁的取向,始终和国家主流价值取向保持一致。变迁的经验:经济发展的决定作用,思想政治工作的引领作用,健康文化的渗透作用。变迁的启示:培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、深化高校思想政治理论课的改革、注重榜样教育的重要性。第六章是论文总结部分,,总结文章结论并对课题研究前景进行展望。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the comprehensive national strength has become the core factor of the competition in all countries. The key to this is the talent. The first condition is the quality of the person. The ideological and moral quality is the soul in the individual quality. The ideological and moral quality has the role of guiding and supervising the people's cultural quality, professional skills and physical quality. Life is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation is the successor of the socialist construction. Its ideological and moral quality is not only related to the personal development but also to the future of the motherland and the fate of the nation. The society is a process of continuous transformation and development, and the ideological and moral quality of college students is influenced by the social environment, and is also a constant change. The process of exhibition shows different characteristics at different times.
On the basis of a large number of historical documents, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the ideological and moral quality of college students in different periods after the founding of the people's Republic, and summarizes the characteristics of the ideological and moral quality of college students in different periods, and tries to sum up the characteristics of the changes in the ideological and moral quality of college students since the founding of the people's Republic. Apocalypse.
This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose, significance and content of the research, research ideas and methods as well as the related concepts. The second chapter describes the factors affecting the ideological and moral quality of college students after the founding of the people's Republic (1949-1978): the severe challenges facing the new political power and the attention of the country to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. During the period, college students have a strong sense of patriotism, high political consciousness, high moral level of socialism and high political enthusiasm. Finally, the advantages and limitations of the ideological and moral qualities of college students in this period are reviewed. The third chapter introduces the ideas that influence college students after the reform (1978-2000). The main factors of the character of moral quality: the change of China's society after the reform and opening up and the impact of reform and opening on the society of our country. In this period, the ideological and moral qualities of college students mainly include the decline of the authority thought, the awakening of self consciousness, the swing of ideal and belief, and so on. The students of this period are divided into the "Cultural Revolution". The birth generation and the generation after the "Cultural Revolution" are commented on the merits and demerits of their ideological and moral qualities. The fourth chapter points out the domestic and foreign factors affecting the ideological and moral quality of the college students since the new century: the acceleration of the process of globalization, the deep development of the market economy, the development of the socialist outlook on honor and disgrace and the development of values. The characteristics of the ideological and moral qualities of the university students in the period include a positive and pragmatic outlook on life, and continue to maintain a strong political enthusiasm. And points out some problems existing in college students' thought in this period. On the basis of the summary of the full text, the fifth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the changes in the quality of the ideological and moral qualities of the college students, the experience and the change of change. The theme of change: the theme of change is always centered around the main line of society and the development of the times; the orientation of change has always been consistent with the mainstream value orientation of the country. The experience of the vicissitude: the decisive role of economic development, the leading role of Ideological and political work, the penetration of the health culture.
