国际视野下学分银行建设的实践与分析

【摘要】：当今社会,学分银行建设作为实现终身学习重要举措之一显得日益重要。如何借鉴国际经验,结合本土实际,开展有效有序的学分银行建设更是成为了我国时下的热点话题。本文主要通过文献分析法,采用"6W分析方法"对国际学分银行建设的实践情况进行系统化分析,并重点对学分银行建设的三大核心内容,即学习成果认证的层级指标和规则,学分积累与转换的规则和工具,以及学分银行运营及组织架构的典型实践及研究予以剖析,研究不同层面的具体做法,以期为推动我国学分银行建设提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, credit bank construction is becoming more and more important as one of the important measures to realize lifelong learning. How to use international experience for reference and combine with the local reality to carry out effective and orderly credit bank construction has become a hot topic in our country. This article mainly through the literature analysis method, uses the "6W analysis method" to carry on the systematic analysis to the international credit bank construction practice situation, and focuses on the three core contents of the credit bank construction, namely the learning achievement authentication level index and the rule. The rules and tools of credit accumulation and conversion, as well as the typical practice and research on the operation and organizational structure of credit banks, are analyzed, and the specific practices at different levels are studied in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the construction of credit banks in China.
