基于知识管理的高校教务信息系统设计研究

【摘要】：鉴于知识管理的价值和高校教务管理中尚未引入该管理理念,本文通过对知识管理的研究,指出引入知识管理可以解决的部分现有高校教务管理制度和信息系统中的一些问题,确定了知识管理的实施战略。首先对教务管理部门的知识进行了定义和分类,然后就教务管理部门的外部环境、组织结构和业务特性进行了分析,以明确系统设计要满足的任务要求。通过分析了当前的高校教务管理模式中进行知识管理的教务管理信息系统的建设存在的障碍,确定了高校教务管理信息系统实施战略的金字塔结构。接着,还设计了知识管理的业务流程和教务管理的业务流程两个方面。之后将知识管理和教务管理二者融合起来,实现教务管理和知识管理的一体化。利用业务流程本身的理论规范化基于知识管理的教务管理的可操作性。最后,设计出基于知识管理的高校教务管理信息系统。该系统一方面吸取了原有高校教务管理系统中的软硬件部署,包括数据和信息,实现了系统开发成本的最低和速度的最快。另一方面,该系统将知识管理与原有模块采用层级组织方式,实现模块共用。构建的新教务管理系统在保留现有高校教务管理制度的刚性基础上,通过加入知识管理,润滑了原有系统,增加了系统的柔性,为当前高校教务管理效率提升做出了有益尝试。
[Abstract]:In view of the value of knowledge management and the fact that it has not been introduced into the educational administration of colleges and universities, this paper points out some problems in the educational administration system and information system of colleges and universities which can be solved by introducing knowledge management through the study of knowledge management. The implementation strategy of knowledge management is determined. Firstly, the knowledge of educational administration department is defined and classified, and then the external environment, organization structure and business characteristics of educational administration department are analyzed in order to clarify the task requirements to be met by the system design. Based on the analysis of the obstacles in the construction of the educational administration information system in the current educational administration management mode of colleges and universities, the pyramid structure of the implementation strategy of the educational administration information system in colleges and universities is determined. Then, the business process of knowledge management and the business process of educational administration are designed. Knowledge management and educational administration are combined to realize the integration of educational administration and knowledge management. The operation of educational administration based on knowledge management is standardized by the theory of business process itself. Finally, the paper designs the university educational administration information system based on knowledge management. On the one hand, the system absorbs the deployment of hardware and software, including data and information, from the original educational administration management system in colleges and universities, and realizes the lowest development cost and the fastest speed of the system development. On the other hand, knowledge management is shared with the original module by hierarchical organization. On the basis of retaining the rigidity of the existing educational administration management system, the new educational administration system has lubricated the original system, increased the flexibility of the system, and made a beneficial attempt to improve the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities.
