论大学生思想政治教育个体价值及其实现

【摘要】：时代的快速变化和发展对思想政治教育提出了新的挑战，，这样的挑战不仅针对社会，更针对我国的高校教育。大学生思想政治教育个体价值是指高校思想政治教育对于提高大学生的综合素质、满足大学生强烈的自我发展需要方面所起到的重要作用。高校思想政治教育个体价值研究的理论基础可以概括为三个方面：个人与社会的辩证关系、“以为人本”思想以及人的全面发展理论。思想政治教育个体价值主要表现在五个方面，一是政治方面：通过传授政治知识、引导政治方向和提高政治参与技能来促进大学生的政治社会化。二是思想方面：帮助大学生建立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。三是道德方面：从道德认识水平的提高、道德情感的升华、道德意志的发展和道德行为的养成来促进大学生高尚道德品质的形成；四是法律方面：以增强法律意识和培养法律思维方式来促进大学生法律素质的提高；五是心理方面：帮助大学生形成正确的自我评价、和谐的人际关系、积极稳定的情绪、良好的性格和优良的意志品质。思想政治教育个体价值的实现非常重要，而所谓思想政治教育个体价值的实现，是价值由“潜价值”到“显价值”的转化过程，其实现需要经过内化、外化、反馈三个阶段，实现高校思想政治教育个体价值的途径有：第一、要充分发挥学校的主导作用，注重教育内容的完善和方法的创新，关心大学生的实际生活。第二、注重引导大学生积极参与社会实践。第三、从家庭、学校与社会几个方面为个人价值的实现提供环境保障。
[Abstract]:The rapid change and development of the times have posed a new challenge to ideological and political education, which is aimed not only at the society but also at the higher education in our country. The individual value of college students' ideological and political education refers to the important role of ideological and political education in improving the comprehensive quality of college students and meeting the strong self-development needs of college students. The theoretical basis of the study on individual value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be summed up in three aspects: the dialectical relationship between individual and society, the thought of "thinking as a person" and the theory of all-round development of human beings. The individual value of ideological and political education is mainly manifested in five aspects, one is the political aspect: to promote the political socialization of college students by imparting political knowledge, guiding the political direction and improving the skills of political participation. Second, ideological aspects: to help college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Third, moral aspect: promote the formation of college students' noble moral quality from the improvement of moral understanding level, the sublimation of moral emotion, the development of moral will and the cultivation of moral behavior; The fourth is legal aspect: to promote the improvement of college students' legal quality by strengthening legal consciousness and cultivating legal thinking mode; fifth, to help college students form correct self-evaluation, harmonious interpersonal relationship, positive and stable emotion, and to help them form correct self-evaluation, harmonious interpersonal relationship and positive and stable emotions. Good character and good will. The realization of individual value of ideological and political education is very important, and the realization of individual value of ideological and political education is the process of transforming value from "latent value" to "explicit value", and its realization needs to go through three stages: internalization, externalization and feedback. The ways to realize the individual value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are as follows: first, it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the school, to pay attention to the perfection of the educational content and the innovation of the methods, and to care about the actual life of the college students. Second, pay attention to guiding college students to actively participate in social practice. Third, from the family, school and social aspects of the realization of personal values to provide environmental protection.
