大学生主题教育实效性研究

【摘要】:大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源,是民族的希望,是祖国的未来。目前,我国在校大学生包括本科生、专科生和研究生已超过3000万。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,提高他们的思想政治素质,把他们培养成中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略,确保我国在激烈的国际竞争中始终立于不败之地,确保实现全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟目标,确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人,具有重大而深远的战略意义。主题教育作为大学生思想政治教育的一种重要工作方式,以学生为主体,以教师为主导,尊重教育规律和大学生身心发展规律,能够充分调动学生的主动性和积极性,促进学生自主地、全面健康地发展。主题教育是一种真正可以做到因人制宜、因时制宜、因事制宜、因地制宜的教育方式,不仅可以丰富校园精神文化生活,展现当代大学生风貌,而且可以进一步有效地促进思想政治教育模式的创新。 本文通过实证调查、文本研读和比较分析,进一步明确了大学生主题教育的内涵和特点,提出了当前主题教育的主要类型,深化了主题教育对大学生思想政治教育的意义的认识。文章深刻剖析了当前大学生主题教育实施的现状,分析和总结主题教育活动的开展和实施中存在的问题。本着发现问题、解决问题的宗旨,本文提出了规范和完善主题设计工作、科学规划开展和实施主题教育活动以及加强主题教育评估和总结工作等推进大学生主题教育活动发展的对策。 主题教育是大学生思想政治教育模式的重要补充,其比较优势明显,是当前和今后可大力推广和运用的一种教育模式。高校应提高对大学生主题教育的重视力度,推行此种教育模式在高校的广泛运用,调动和激发学生接受教育的积极性和主动性,促进其思想政治素质的提高,形成学生乐于参与、教师易于授教,教学相长的良好局面,确保大学生思想政治教育更好更快地发展。
[Abstract]:College students are very valuable talent resources, is the hope of the nation, is the future of the motherland. At present, China's college students including undergraduates, junior college students and graduate students have more than 30 million. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, to improve their ideological and political quality, to train them as builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to comprehensively implement the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talent, To ensure that China remains invincible in the fierce international competition, to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, to speed up the promotion of socialist modernization, and to ensure that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is prosperous and developed, and that there are successors to it. It is of great and profound strategic significance. Subject education, as an important working method of college students' ideological and political education, takes the students as the main body, teachers as the main body, respects the educational law and the law of college students' physical and mental development, and can fully arouse the students' initiative and enthusiasm. Promote students to develop independently and healthily. Subject education is a kind of education that can really adapt to the needs of people, times, events and local conditions. It can not only enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the campus, but also show the style and outlook of contemporary college students. And can further effectively promote the innovation of ideological and political education model. Through empirical investigation, text reading and comparative analysis, this paper further clarifies the connotation and characteristics of college students' thematic education, and puts forward the main types of current thematic education. It deepens the understanding of the significance of the subject education to the ideological and political education of college students. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the theme education for college students, and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the development and implementation of the thematic education activities. In line with the purpose of finding problems and solving problems, this paper proposes to standardize and perfect the theme design work. Scientific planning and implementation of thematic education activities as well as strengthening the thematic education evaluation and summary work to promote the development of thematic education activities of college students countermeasures. Subject education is an important supplement to the mode of ideological and political education for college students, and its comparative advantage is obvious. It is a kind of educational model which can be popularized and applied vigorously at present and in the future. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the subject education of college students, carry out the extensive application of this educational model in colleges and universities, arouse and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of students to receive education, and promote the improvement of their ideological and political quality. Forming the good situation that students are willing to participate, teachers are easy to teach and teaching each other, so as to ensure the better and faster development of ideological and political education of college students.
