项目教学法在高性能计算教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：近些年来，面对世界范围内兴起的新技术革命的挑战和全球性的经济、军事、政治竞争，世界各国纷纷研究对策。人们把目光投向教育，把希望寄托在高等教育的改革和未来人才培养上。胡锦涛总书记在清华大学百年校庆大会讲话中指出“不断提高质量，是高等教育的生命线，必须始终贯穿高等学校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新各项工作之中”。特别是近些年来，世界高等教育的改革正呈现以下几个趋势,即结构多样化，学科综合化，科研、教学、生产一体化，这些都与项目教学的宗旨不谋而合。高性能计算是以提高科学计算能力为目的的计算机集群技术，作为一个国家综合国力的重要标志，近些年来面向各领域的高性能计算应用越来越广泛，但具有较高研发能力以及跨学科知识的综合型应用人才却成为我国高性能计算发展的巨大障碍。研究者尝试在项目教学的理论指导下从现有国内外高性能计算人才培养的现状出发，探索使用项目教学的方法培养面向应用的高性能计算人才，以克服我国高性能计算发展的瓶颈。本文的主要研究内容是“项目教学法在高性能计算教学中的应用研究”。从项目教学的理论基础入手，对项目教学的内涵进行了系统的分析。将高性能计算与具体应用学科-生物信息学相结合，设计面向应用的项目教学案例，，组织计算机和生物学专业的学习者通过一学期的学习得出以下结论：项目教学法应用于高性能计算教学中不仅对于提高学习者主动获取知识的意识，创新思维、团队协作能力的效果良好，并且对于培养跨学科综合型的高性能计算应用人才具有显著作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the face of the challenges of the new technological revolution and the global economic, military and political competition, many countries all over the world have studied the countermeasures. People put their eyes on education and their hopes on the reform of higher education and the cultivation of talents in the future. In his speech at the Centennial Congress of Tsinghua University, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that "continuous improvement of quality is the lifeline of higher education and must always run through talent training, scientific research, and social services in institutions of higher learning." In all the work of cultural inheritance and innovation. Especially in recent years, the reform of higher education in the world is showing the following trends: diversification of structure, integration of disciplines, integration of scientific research, teaching and production, which all coincide with the purpose of project teaching. As an important symbol of a country's comprehensive national strength, high performance computing is a computer cluster technology aimed at improving the scientific computing ability. In recent years, high performance computing has been applied more and more widely in various fields. However, comprehensive application talents with high R & D ability and interdisciplinary knowledge have become a great obstacle to the development of high performance computing in China. Under the guidance of the theory of project teaching, the researchers try to explore the method of using project teaching to train applied high performance computing talents from the present situation of high performance computing talents at home and abroad. In order to overcome the bottleneck of the development of high performance computing in China. The main research content of this paper is the application research of item teaching method in high performance computing teaching. Based on the theoretical basis of project teaching, the connotation of project teaching is systematically analyzed. Combining high performance computing with specific applied subject-bioinformatics, an application-oriented project teaching case is designed. The following conclusions are drawn by organizing the learners of computer and biology majors: the application of project-based teaching method to high performance computing teaching not only improves the learners' awareness of actively acquiring knowledge, but also leads to innovative thinking. The effect of teamwork ability is good, and it plays an important role in training high performance application talents of cross-disciplinary comprehensive computing.
