中美博士后教育发展的比较与启示——基于北京大学和哈佛大学的调查

【摘要】：选取中美博士后发展具有代表性的北京大学和哈佛大学为样本,通过对两校在博士后"招收权力、培养、项目申请、管理与评价、博士后动机与职业规划、满意度"六个方面的调查,发现两校博士后对博士后制度存在价值具有很高的认同度,但导师在招收与培养博士后的权力、博士后的基金申请、做博士后的动机和博士后的职业规划等方面呈显著差异。完善我国博士后制度需要重新定位博士后人才地位,下放博士后管理重心到导师,改进博士后学术训练不足现状,以及改变博士后经费资助方式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the representative postdoctoral development of Peking University and Harvard University in China and the United States are selected as samples, and the postdoctoral motivation and career planning of the two universities are studied by means of recruiting power, training, project application, management and evaluation, postdoctoral motivation and career planning. From the investigation of six aspects of satisfaction, it is found that the postdoctoral system of the two schools has a high degree of recognition to the value of postdoctoral system, but the tutor has the right to recruit and train postdoctoral students, and the post-doctoral fund application. There are significant differences in postdoctoral motivation and postdoctoral career planning. In order to perfect our postdoctoral system, we should reposition postdoctoral talent status, decentralize postdoctoral management to tutor, improve the current situation of insufficient postdoctoral academic training, and change the way of postdoctoral funding.
