【摘要】：政治经济和社会变革的飞速发展，引起思想政治领域内教育目标、教育对象、教育环境等产生一系列的变化，思想政治教育的方法也应进行相应的调整。新疆地处祖国西北边陲，是一个多民族聚居、多宗教并存的少数民族自治区，其教学环境、内容、对象、教师队伍、教育功能等方面，与内地高校相比存在明显的特殊性。当下，新疆高校大学生思想政治教育方法的实际效果还存在不尽如人意的问题，因此对新疆高校大学生思想政治教育方法的改进就势在必行。过去我国高校通常使用的思想政治教育方法虽然有一定的科学性和实用性，也取得了一定的效果，但是这些方法仍存在不足：如学生主体地位弱，个性教育缺失；方法单一、缺乏活力；思政教育方法过于突显显性教育而缺少隐性教育；学校、家庭、社会教育相对独立。这些问题的产生与中国传统观念、传统教育方式、教育体制、队伍建设的影响有关。本文紧紧围绕新疆高校大学生思想政治教育的特殊性问题，总结了高校思想政治教育方法改进的已有成果，分析了高校思想政治教育方法的发展趋势，归纳了高校大学生思想政治教育方法改进的意义，充分论证了新疆高校大学生思想政治教育方法改进的理论基础和现实依据。提出必须结合新疆高校学生实际运用有教无类与因材施教、德智并重、理论联系实际等具体原则，，在改变传统观念、传统教育方式、改革教育体制、加强队伍建设的基础上，提出改进新疆高校思想政治教育的具体方法，采用的思路主要有：用指导性教育与自我教育结合法提高大学生的“三个意识”；以说理和引导结合法导引学生的民族观、宗教观；以探究讨论教育法引导学生的价值观；以分类引导教育法解决大学生的思想问题和实际问题；以显性与隐性教育交叉法增强思想政治教育的艺术性；以科学运用新媒体教育法提高思想政治教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of political economy and social reform has caused a series of changes in the field of ideological and political education objectives, educational objects, educational environment, etc. The methods of ideological and political education should be adjusted accordingly. Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of the motherland. It is a multi-ethnic and multi-religious ethnic minority autonomous region. Its teaching environment, content, object, teaching staff, educational function and so on have obvious particularity compared with the inland colleges and universities. At present, the actual effect of the methods of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang is still not satisfactory, so it is imperative to improve the methods of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang. Although the methods of ideological and political education usually used in colleges and universities in our country in the past are scientific and practical and have achieved certain results, these methods still have some shortcomings: such as the weak status of students, the lack of personality education, the single method. Lack of vitality; ideological and political education too prominent explicit education and lack of implicit education; school, family, social education is relatively independent. These problems are related to the influence of Chinese traditional concept, traditional education method, educational system and team building. This paper focuses on the particularity of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang, summarizes the existing achievements of improving the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the developing trend of the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper sums up the significance of improving the methods of ideological and political education for college students, and fully demonstrates the theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of the methods of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang. On the basis of changing traditional concepts, traditional education methods, reforming educational system and strengthening team building, it is necessary to combine with the concrete principles of Xinjiang university students' practical application, such as teaching without classes and teaching according to their aptitude, emphasizing both morality and intelligence, integrating theory with practice, and so on. The concrete methods to improve the ideological and political education in Xinjiang colleges and universities are put forward. The main ideas are as follows: to improve the students'"three consciousness" by the method of combining guiding education with self-education, to guide the students' national view by the method of reasoning and guiding the combination of theory and guidance. Religious view; discuss the values of students guided by education law; solve the ideological and practical problems of college students by classification; strengthen the artistry of ideological and political education by explicit and implicit education crossing method; To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by using the new media education law scientifically.
