我国民办高校创办者接班人选择问题调查及其对策建议

【摘要】：我国民办高校创办者是学校最关键的决策者和管理者。随着我国民办高校创办者的年龄渐增,接班人选择问题已迫在眉睫。民办高校创办者接班人选择事关民办高校的健康持续发展,但相关研究却很缺乏。本研究发现,当前我国民办高校领导者更替有两种模式:一是让子女接班;二是培养选拔家族成员外的继任者。其中子女接班是主要方式。本文对子女接班的现实合理性进行了探讨,对政府如何规范接班人的遴选条件和过程,以及创办者和接班者如何明晰并承担相应职责提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The founder of private colleges and universities is the most key decision-maker and manager of the school. With the increasing age of the founders of private colleges and universities, the selection of successors is imminent. The selection of the founders of private colleges and universities is related to the healthy and sustainable development of private colleges and universities, but the relevant research is very scarce. This study finds that there are two modes of leadership turnover in private colleges and universities in China: one is to let children take over the class; the other is to train and select successors outside the family members. Among them, children's succession is the main way. This paper probes into the realistic rationality of the children's succession, and puts forward some suggestions on how to standardize the selection conditions and process of the successor, and how the founders and successors should clear up and assume the corresponding responsibilities.
