家庭环境对大学生创业能力的影响研究

【摘要】:本文为了探讨大学生创业能力的基本情况及家庭环境对大学生能力的影响,采用问卷调查法,共收集有效样本数据378份。根据家庭环境问卷和大学生创业能力问卷收集到的有效数据,采用描述统计法、相关分析和回归分析方法,得到以下结果: 1.大学生创业能力由创业意识、人际交往能力、领导能力和创新能力四方面构成。研究发现大学生整体创业能力处于中等偏上水平,大学生创业能力在性别上存在显著差异,在年级和专业上没有显著差异。 2.目前大学生家庭环境在中等偏上水平,大学生家庭环境不存在性别、年级和专业方面的显著差异。 3.大学生家庭硬环境和家庭软环境存在相关性,大学生家庭软环境在家庭结构、母亲受教育程度、母亲职业类型三个方面没有显著性差异,在家庭来源、家庭月收入、父亲受教育程度、父亲职业类型四个方面出现了显著性差异。 4.大学生创业能力与家庭硬环境关系,发现大学生创业能力在家庭结构、母亲文化程度和母亲职业等方面没有出现显著性差异,在家庭来源、家庭月收入、父亲受教育程度和父亲职业类型四个方面出现了显著性差异。 5.家庭软环境与大学生创业能力的关系,发现家庭环境中亲密性、情感表达、独立性、知识性、娱乐性在大学生创业能力各维度之间存在显著的正相关,矛盾性与大学生创业能力各维度呈负相关,,家庭成功性和控制性与大学生创业能力总分之间不存在显著性相关。 6.通过对大学生创业能力调查数据和大学生家庭环境调查数据进行回归分析,发现家庭环境对大学生创业能力的有较高的影响作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the basic situation of college students' entrepreneurial ability and the influence of family environment on college students' ability, a questionnaire survey was used to collect 378 valid sample data. According to the valid data collected by the Family Environment questionnaire and the College students Entrepreneurship ability questionnaire, the following results are obtained by using the method of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis: 1. The entrepreneurial ability of college students consists of four aspects: entrepreneurial consciousness, interpersonal ability, leadership ability and innovation ability. The study found that the overall entrepreneurial ability of college students is in the upper middle level, there are significant differences in the gender of entrepreneurial ability of college students, and there is no significant difference in grade and specialty. 2. At present, the family environment of college students is above the middle level, and there is no significant difference between gender, grade and specialty in the family environment of college students. 3. There is no significant difference between the family hard environment and the family soft environment in the family structure, the mother's education level, the mother's occupation type, the family source, the family monthly income, the family's family soft environment has no significant difference in the family structure, the mother's education level, the mother's occupation type. There were significant differences in four aspects of father's education level and father's occupation type. 4. 4. The relationship between entrepreneurial ability of college students and family hard environment shows that there are no significant differences in family structure, mother's education level and mother's occupation, and there are no significant differences in family origin, family monthly income, etc. There were significant differences in four aspects of father's education level and father's occupation type. 5. 5. The relationship between family soft environment and entrepreneurial ability of college students. It is found that intimacy, emotional expression, independence, knowledge and entertainment in the family environment are significantly positively related to each dimension of college students' entrepreneurial ability. There was no significant correlation between family success and control and the total score of entrepreneurial ability of college students. 6. 6. Based on the regression analysis of the survey data of college students' entrepreneurial ability and the survey data of college students' family environment, it is found that the family environment has a high effect on the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
