【摘要】：伴随着我国高等教育的发展和高等教育收费制度的改革,家庭经济困难学生出现了“上学难”问题,进而引发了大学生思想上、行为上的一系列相关问题,给大学生的全面发展和大学生思想政治教育带来了新的挑战。大学生资助工作应势而诞生,坚持解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,体现了党和政府对于大学生健康成长的关心、关怀和爱护,切实解决了家庭经济困难学生就学问题,维护了高校和社会稳定。学校教育,育人为本。大学生资助工作不仅解决大学生顺利求学的实际问题,更紧紧围绕“育人”这一中心,引导大学生养成正确的思想道德、提升大学生综合素质,确保大学生顺利成长成才。围绕“大学生资助工作的育人功能”这一核心命题,文章研究的主要内容如下第一章：大学生资助工作育人功能的科学内涵和研究意义。科学界定“大学生资助工作育人功能”是全文研究的前提和基础,本章在对“大学生资助工作”概念分析的基础上,剖析了大学生资助工作育人功能的科学内涵,分析了研究此问题的重要意义。第二章：大学生资助工作育人功能的立论基础。本命题的成立立足于当前大学生资助工作育人的现状分析,以及关于此问题的相关理论概述,主要说明研究大学生资助工作育人功能的理论基础和实践基础。第三章：大学生资助工作育人功能的主要体现。这一问题是全文研究的重点,主要论述大学生资助工作的育人功能是指它的思想政治教育功能,具体体现为大学生资助工作的思想导向功能、精神激励功能、心理疏导功能、情感激发功能和品格塑造功能。第四章：大学生资助工作育人功能的有效实现。这是全文研究的难点,也是本文研究的最终落脚点,主要解答如何更好地实现大学生资助工作的育人功能,提出了三个路径：一是要始终遵循“三全育人”的基本原则；二是要不断拓展资助育人的实践路径；三是要坚持运用资助育人的多种方法。
