论大学生资助工作的育人功能

【摘要】:伴随着我国高等教育的发展和高等教育收费制度的改革,家庭经济困难学生出现了“上学难”问题,进而引发了大学生思想上、行为上的一系列相关问题,给大学生的全面发展和大学生思想政治教育带来了新的挑战。大学生资助工作应势而诞生,坚持解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,体现了党和政府对于大学生健康成长的关心、关怀和爱护,切实解决了家庭经济困难学生就学问题,维护了高校和社会稳定。学校教育,育人为本。大学生资助工作不仅解决大学生顺利求学的实际问题,更紧紧围绕“育人”这一中心,引导大学生养成正确的思想道德、提升大学生综合素质,确保大学生顺利成长成才。 围绕“大学生资助工作的育人功能”这一核心命题,文章研究的主要内容如下 第一章:大学生资助工作育人功能的科学内涵和研究意义。科学界定“大学生资助工作育人功能”是全文研究的前提和基础,本章在对“大学生资助工作”概念分析的基础上,剖析了大学生资助工作育人功能的科学内涵,分析了研究此问题的重要意义。 第二章:大学生资助工作育人功能的立论基础。本命题的成立立足于当前大学生资助工作育人的现状分析,以及关于此问题的相关理论概述,主要说明研究大学生资助工作育人功能的理论基础和实践基础。 第三章:大学生资助工作育人功能的主要体现。这一问题是全文研究的重点,主要论述大学生资助工作的育人功能是指它的思想政治教育功能,具体体现为大学生资助工作的思想导向功能、精神激励功能、心理疏导功能、情感激发功能和品格塑造功能。 第四章:大学生资助工作育人功能的有效实现。这是全文研究的难点,也是本文研究的最终落脚点,主要解答如何更好地实现大学生资助工作的育人功能,提出了三个路径:一是要始终遵循“三全育人”的基本原则;二是要不断拓展资助育人的实践路径;三是要坚持运用资助育人的多种方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education and the reform of higher education charge system, the problem of "school difficulty" appears among the students with financial difficulties in their families, which leads to a series of related problems in the ideological and behavioral aspects of college students. It brings new challenges to the overall development of college students and ideological and political education of college students. College student financial aid work should be born by the situation. The combination of solving ideological problems and solving practical problems reflects the concern, care and love of the Party and the government for the healthy growth of college students, and effectively solves the problem of school attendance for students with financial difficulties in their families. The third chapter: the main embodiment of the education function of the university student aid work. This question is the focal point of the full text research, mainly discusses the education function of the university student financial aid work refers to its ideological and political education function, concretely manifests as the ideological guidance function, the spirit encouragement function, the psychological guidance function of the university student financial aid work. Emotional stimulation function and character building function. Chapter four: the effective realization of the educational function of college students'aid work.
