高校思想政治教育资源配置问题研究

【摘要】:随着全球化领域和影响的不断扩大,科学技术的突飞猛进不仅改变了人们的生活环境,也使得思想政治教育的环境发生了变化,特别是高校思想政治教育的环境。加之我国改革开放以来,经济、政治、文化乃至教育都得到了长途发展。特别是高等教育改革的深入发展,从98年开始实施大众教育以来,思想政治理论教育几经改革,不断地探寻马克思主义理论与新时期中国特色社会主义建设和发展实践相结合、体现时代要求的内容体系,从而促使高校思想政治教育资源观发生变化,基于此变化高校思想政治教育资源配置问题的研究也进入了新阶段。成果固然值得肯定,但是在研究过程中存在的各种问题更加不容忽视。本文的研究目的就是想通过对高校思想政治教育资源配置的现状进行分析从而找出原因并提出相应的解决对策,以促进高校思想政治教育资源的合理优化配置,,实现高校思想政治教育效益的最大化的目标。 本文将资源的研究种类界定为主体、物力、教学、文化、组织、制度、信息和载体资源。从高校思想政治教育资源配置的现实情况入手,在阐述了高校思想政治教育资源配置特征的基础上,依靠一定的理论支撑提出了高校思想政治教育资源配置的基本涵义,辩证地分析了高校思想政治教育资源配置的现状,以及造成这些问题的原因。系统地认识和掌握了高校思想政治教育资源配置的重点以及配置方式,审视并确定其在实践过程中需要坚持的原则。借鉴国内外教育者的实践经验,针对现阶段高校思想政治教育资源配置的特点探索切实可行的对策,为进一步研究当前高校思想政治教育资源配置的理论与实践奠定基础。以更好的促进将来高校思想政治教育资源配置相关问题的研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the rapid development of science and technology not only changes the living environment of people, but also changes the environment of ideological and political education, especially the environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In addition, China's reform and opening up, economy, politics, culture and education have been long-distance development. Since the implementation of mass education in 1998, the ideological and political theory education has been reformed several times, and has continuously explored the integration of Marxist theory with the construction and development practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period. In order to reflect the content system required by the times, the resource concept of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has changed, and the research on the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities based on this change has entered a new stage. Although the achievements are worthy of recognition, the problems existing in the research process should not be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation of the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, and to find out the reasons and put forward corresponding solutions, so as to promote the rational and optimal allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities. To realize the goal of maximizing the benefit of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper defines the research types of resources as subject, material resources, teaching, culture, organization, institution, information and carrier resources. On the basis of expounding the characteristics of the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the basic meaning of the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities on the basis of certain theoretical support, starting with the realistic situation of the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities. This paper dialectically analyzes the present situation of the allocation of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, and the causes of these problems. This paper systematically understands and grasps the emphases and ways of allocating the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and examines and determines the principles which should be adhered to in the course of practice. Based on the practical experience of educators at home and abroad and in view of the characteristics of the resources allocation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present, practical countermeasures are explored, which will lay a foundation for further research on the theory and practice of the allocation of resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present. In order to better promote the future ideological and political education resources allocation issues.
