大学毕业生就业中人事代理问题及对策研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our country has changed from a traditional planned economy to a socialist market economy. Under the market economy, the allocation of personnel has changed from a planned allocation to a two-way choice, and the mobility of talents has been greatly enhanced. With the development of talent market and talent intermediary organizations in our country, modern human resources development and management have brought new challenges to traditional personnel management, and the traditional personnel management methods of our country can not adapt to the development of our country's economy. As a new type of personnel management, personnel agent is beneficial to the development of market economy. College graduates in employment are one of the service objects of personnel agency. The effective and reasonable development of personnel agency is beneficial to the perfection and development of personnel agency system in our country. More conducive to the rational allocation of talent resources and career development of university graduates in China. This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis, theory combining with practice, and organically combines the personnel agency system of our country with the personnel agency in the employment of university graduates in our country. Under the background of the development of personnel agency system in our country, the development of personnel agency of university graduates in our country will be promoted. The study of personnel agency in employment of university graduates in our country will promote the perfection and development of personnel agency system in our country. First of all, this paper summarizes the general theory of personnel agency system in our country, expounds the concept, characteristics and types of personnel agency system in our country, and expounds the significance of carrying out personnel agency system in our country. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the study of personnel agency in the employment of college graduates. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the course of the development of personnel agency in the employment of college graduates and the guiding ideology that should be followed in the process of development, and analyzes the characteristics and necessity of personnel agency for college graduates in China. Secondly, this paper points out the problems of personnel agency in the employment of college graduates in China, and analyzes its restrictive factors. Finally, in view of the characteristics and problems of personnel agency in the employment of college graduates in our country, from the four angles of government, talent agency, university and individual, the author thinks about the problem of personnel agency for university graduates. The countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of personnel agency in the employment of college graduates are put forward.
