大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警研究

【摘要】：近年来，大学生群体性事件频频发生，几乎所有的大学生群体性事件的发生和发展都离不开网络信息的传播，并都不同程度地掀起了大学生群体性事件网络舆情高潮。群体性事件网络舆情，在某种程度上或将此事的影响扩大，如若高校相关部门或其他相关部门反应不及时、处理不当，未能及时且有效的掌握、控制其发展，或将影响到高校或社会的正常秩序，甚至有可能从高校群体性事件演变为高校或社会群体危机事件，与社会和政府发生冲突。因此，如何有效预防大学生群体性事件及其网络舆情，不仅是当前我国管理科学领域的热点和焦点之一，也是网络舆情分析工作的研究课题之一。本文探讨了大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警的内涵和特征，即内容的针对性、功能的多样性、技术的先进性及研究的正规性；深入分析了大学生群体性事件舆情预警的作用；为了更好的了解与掌握大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警，本文对大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警的主体与客体进行了详细的分析。最后针对预警的整体性，本文提出构建大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警系统，包括监测子系统、汇集子系统、分析子系统、警报子系统、预控子系统等五部分，并对预警的运行机制进行了详细的分析，，包括舆情监控运行机制、舆情汇集运行机制、舆情分析运行机制、舆情警报运行机制、舆情预控运行机制等五个机制。通过上述研究，本文认为为维护高校良好的网络舆情环境和社会和谐稳定，一个行之有效的大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警系统及完善的预警运行机制是必须建立的，此外加强大学生群体性事件网络舆情预警管理也是不容忽视的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, group events of college students occur frequently, and almost all the occurrence and development of group incidents of college students can not be separated from the dissemination of network information, and all of them raise the climax of network public opinion of college students' mass incidents to varying degrees. Network public opinion of mass events, to a certain extent or to expand the impact of this matter, if the relevant departments or other related departments in colleges and universities are not timely response, improper handling, not timely and effective grasp, control its development, It may affect the normal order of the university or the society, or even change from the university group event to the university or social group crisis event, and conflict with the society and the government. Therefore, how to effectively prevent college students' mass incidents and their network public opinion is not only one of the hot spots and focal points in the field of management science in China, but also one of the research topics of network public opinion analysis. This paper probes into the connotation and characteristics of network public opinion warning of college students' mass events, that is, the pertinence of contents, the diversity of functions, the advanced nature of technology and the formality of research, and analyzes the function of early warning of public opinion of college students' group events. In order to better understand and master the early warning of network public opinion of college students' group events, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the subject and object of the network public opinion warning of college students' group events. Finally, aiming at the integrity of early warning, this paper puts forward the construction of network public opinion early warning system for college students' mass events, which includes five parts: monitoring subsystem, gathering subsystem, analysis subsystem, alarm subsystem, pre-control subsystem and so on. And the operation mechanism of early warning is analyzed in detail, including five mechanisms: monitoring and running mechanism of public opinion, gathering and running mechanism of public opinion, analyzing running mechanism of public opinion, running mechanism of warning of public opinion and running mechanism of pre-control of public opinion. Through the above research, this paper holds that in order to maintain a good network public opinion environment and social harmony and stability in colleges and universities, an effective network public opinion early warning system for college students' mass incidents and a perfect early warning operation mechanism must be established. In addition, strengthening the network public opinion early-warning management of college students' mass incidents can not be ignored.
