大学生社会责任意识与择业价值取向问题研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放和市场经济的深入发展，传统观念与现代观念、东方文化与西方文化的差异与融合，对世界观、人生观和价值观正处于形成过程中的的大学生的来说，产生着极大的影响，有些大学生虽然自身知识水平和专业技能较高，但是他们不关心国家、社会和人民所需，只着眼于经济利益，凸显了他们的社会责任感不断弱化，进而在择业价值取向上出现功利主义、享乐主义的偏差。大学生不科学的择业价值取向严重阻碍了社会的健康发展。社会责任意识作为大学生择业价值取向的一项重要标准，对大学生择业起着潜移默化的引导作用，如果一个大学生有强烈的社会责任感，那么在择业时就会把自身的利益与国家和社会的利益相结合，从而在国家与社会发展中实现自身价值。当代大学生作为未来社会发展的接班人，必须树立科学的择业价值取向，并勇于承担社会责任。本文通过分析大学生择业价值取向的现状、原因及对策，找出社会责任感对大学生择业价值取向产生的影响和作用，，以及对于大学生如何在择业价值取向中自觉实践社会责任，提出一些具有建设性和可操作的建议，希望为正在择业和准备择业的大学生，以及怎样通过提高社会责任感来帮助大学生树立科学择业价值取向提供一些建议。本论文主要采用的是文献分析法和调查分析法。本文的创新之处在于把社会责任感与大学生择业价值取向之间的关系做以分析和研究，对大学生树立科学的择业价值取向更具有针对性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of reform and opening up and market economy, the differences and amalgamations between traditional and modern concepts, oriental and western cultures, for college students who are in the process of forming their world outlook, outlook on life and values, Although some college students have a high level of knowledge and professional skills, they do not care about the needs of the country, society and people, and only focus on economic interests, which highlights the weakening of their sense of social responsibility. Then the deviation of utilitarianism and hedonism appeared in the value orientation of career selection. The unscientific value orientation of college students' career choice seriously hinders the healthy development of society. As an important criterion of the value orientation of college students' career choice, the sense of social responsibility plays a subtle role in guiding college students' career choice. If a college student has a strong sense of social responsibility, Then, when choosing a job, one will combine one's own interests with the interests of the country and society, thus realizing one's own value in the development of the country and society. As the successors of the future social development, the contemporary college students must set up the scientific value orientation of choosing a career and have the courage to bear the social responsibility. By analyzing the present situation, reasons and countermeasures of the value orientation of college students' career choice, this paper finds out the influence and function of the sense of social responsibility on the value orientation of college students' career choice, as well as how to consciously practice the social responsibility of college students in the value orientation of choosing jobs. Some constructive and practical suggestions are put forward in this paper. It is hoped that some suggestions can be provided for college students who are choosing a job and preparing for a career, and how to help college students to set up scientific career value orientation by improving their sense of social responsibility. This paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the investigation analysis method. The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis and study of the relationship between social responsibility and the value orientation of college students' career choice, which is more pertinent to college students' setting up scientific value orientation of career choice.
