HG大学创新人才培养模式的调查研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,创新人才培养成为教育界的热门话题和研究焦点。高等学校是汇聚高层次创新人才,培养创新人才,构建创新团队的重要基地,,在创新人才的培养方面具有义不容辞的责任和义务。本文中的HG大学位于中国最发达城市之一的广州,是一所直属教育部,首批进入“211”和“985”的全国重点大学。近几年在创新人才培养方面的探索使得HG大学取得了长足的发展,并为国家培养了大批科技骨干、著名企业家和领导干部,对广东省乃至我国的创新人才培养有着重要的借鉴意义。 本文首先从相关概念阐述出发,在研究文献综述及相关理论的基础上,对“创新人才”和“培养模式”两个关键性概念的内涵、特征以及外延进行了分析和概括,并总结了国内外一流高校的先进经验,为整个研究提供了理论基础。通过查阅文献资料、走访学校相关部门,总结、分析了HG大学创新人才培养的现状及有效措施;通过对HG大学在校学生、相关教师、毕业生、用人单位等进行访谈或问卷调查,分析了HG大学创新人才培养取得的效果以及不足,为进一步的研究提供了实证的依据。最后,在总结经验和不足,借鉴先进做法的基础上,从培养理念、培养环境、培养方式、评价体系等多个方面对进一步完善HG大学创新人才培养模式提出了建议。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, the cultivation of innovative talents has become a hot topic and research focus in the field of education. Institutions of higher learning are an important base for gathering high-level innovative talents, cultivating innovative talents and building innovative teams, and they have the unshirkable responsibility and obligation to train innovative talents. The HG University in this paper is located in Guangzhou, one of the most developed cities in China. It is a national key university of "211" and "985", which is directly under the Ministry of Education. In recent years, the exploration of innovative talents has made HG University have made great progress, and trained a large number of key scientific and technological cadres, famous entrepreneurs and leading cadres for the country. It is of great significance for Guangdong Province and even our country to cultivate innovative talents. Based on the literature review and related theories, this paper first analyzes and generalizes the connotation, characteristics and extension of the two key concepts of "innovative talents" and "training models". The advanced experience of the first-class universities at home and abroad is summarized, which provides the theoretical basis for the whole research. By consulting literature, visiting relevant departments of the school, summarizing and analyzing the present situation and effective measures of cultivating innovative talents in HG University, the author conducted interviews or questionnaires to students, relevant teachers, graduates, employers and so on in HG University. This paper analyzes the effect and deficiency of HG university innovation talents training, which provides the empirical basis for further research. Finally, on the basis of summing up experience and deficiency and drawing lessons from advanced methods, some suggestions are put forward to further improve the training mode of innovative talents in HG University from many aspects, such as training concept, training environment, training method, evaluation system and so on.
