当代大学生国家安全观教育研究

【摘要】:维护国家安全是所有主权国家一直追逐的方向。由于全球化的不断发展,国家安全问题跟之前有所不同。国家安全不仅仅是指政治上、军事上这些传统意义上的安全,随着全球化的发展,还带来了非传统的安全问题。这二者之间是交织在一起的。国家安全问题并不简单,因此,解决这种问题要从多方面考虑。然而国家安全的维护需要具有国家安全意识的人才,人才的培养靠教育,所以,要重视国家安全观的教育,这是非常重要的。国家安全观教育,无论从加强国防建设的角度看,还是从国家的整体安全环境方面考虑,加强学生的国家安全观的培养都应该作为整个思想政治教育的重点。所谓“国家兴亡,匹夫有责”、“居安思危”讲的就是这一道理。目前,普通高校虽然针对国家安全观教育与培养做了一部分工作,但都只是停留在表面的理论灌输,并且在传统威胁的层面上讲的更多一点,对于全球化时代下形成的综合的新国家安全观的教育与培养却做的很少。大学生作为国家未来的精英栋梁,作为社会主义现代化事业的建设者,同时肩负着维护国家安全的历史使命。我国高校的国家安全观教育没有形成独立的体系,形式老套,理念落后,加之大学生自身容易受到西方不良思想的侵蚀,这些因素都使得大学生在维护国家安全方面的意识不强。所以,要提高他们的国家安全意识,增强他们在遇到国家安全问题时的应对能力,必须加强大学生的国家安全观教育。 本文第一部分简单叙述了国家安全观以及国家安全观教育的基础理论。首先是对国家安全观的涵义和国家安全观的本质进行了解读,并且从传统国家安全观和新国家安全观两个方面对国家安全观的发展历程进行了归纳总结;其次对于国家安全观教育的涵义进行了阐述和界定,重点从四个方面论述了国家安全观教育的主要内容,并对国家安全观教育的特点进行了分析和阐述;最后是对当代大学生和国家安全观的关系进行了分析概述。 第二部分针对当前国际国内的复杂形势,着重提出了对当代大学生进行国家安全观教育与培养的重要战略意义。意义从三个层次分别展开论述,包括:加强大学生国家安全观教育是当今时代的要求,加强大学生国家安全观教育是我国国防建设的重要组成部分,加强大学生国家安全观教育是提高大学生综合素质的需要。 第三部分分析了目前大学生国家安全观教育方面存在的问题以及问题的原因。这一部分是本文的落脚点,,通过把对问题和原因的分析作为根据,最终提出可行性建议。本文提出了大学生国家安全观教育方面存在的四个主要问题:一是国家安全观教育的位置没有摆正;二是国家安全观教育缺乏实效性;三是教师在教育引导上不能满足学生的需要;四是国家安全观教育的考核和评价过于形式化。随后针对这些问题归纳总结了大学生国家安全观教育问题的成因,如国家安全观教育的重要性未得到足够重视,国家安全观教育的渠道和形式单一,国家安全观教育的队伍存在不足等。 最后一部分就加强和改进大学生国家安全观教育和培养的重要措施和途径提出了个人意见和建议。对于大学生国家安全观教育有效途径的探索,本文一共分了四个大方面来进行论述:首先是当代大学生国家安全观教育应制定科学的教育目标;其次是要重视国家安全观教育的师资队伍建设;第三个方面是通过利用“两课”教育资源对大学生进行国家安全观教育;最后是要搞好形式多样的课外宣传和实践教育活动。 结语部分,简单归纳本文的主旨,为今后的进一步研究指明方向。
[Abstract]:The maintenance of national security is the direction of all sovereign states. Because of the continuous development of globalization, the problem of national security is different. National security is not only a political, military, traditional security, but also a non-traditional security problem with the development of globalization. The two parties are intertwined with each other. Together, the problem of national security is not simple. Therefore, the problem of solving this problem should be considered in many ways. However, the maintenance of national security needs people with a sense of national security, and the training of talents depends on education. Therefore, it is very important to attach importance to the education of national security concept. In terms of the overall security environment of the country, it should be taken as the focus of the whole ideological and political education to strengthen the cultivation of the national security concept of the students. But all the work, but all only stay on the surface of the theory of instillation, and at the level of the traditional threat to speak more about the education and training of a comprehensive new national security concept formed in the era of globalization. With the historical mission of safeguarding national security, the national security concept education in China's colleges and universities has not formed an independent system, the form is old-fashioned, the concept is backward, and the college students themselves are easily eroded by the bad ideas of the West. These factors make the college students not aware of the security of the national security. To fully realize their ability to cope with national security problems, we must strengthen their education on national security.
The first part of this article briefly describes the national security concept and the basic theory of national security concept education. First, it explains the meaning of national security concept and the essence of national security concept, and summarizes the development course of the national security concept from two aspects of the traditional national security concept and the new national security concept; secondly, it makes a summary of the development of the national security concept. The meaning of the national security concept education is expounded and defined, the main content of the national security concept education is discussed from four aspects, and the characteristics of the national security concept education are analyzed and expounded. Finally, the relationship between the contemporary college students and the national security concept is analyzed and summarized.
The second part focuses on the current international and domestic complex situation, and puts forward the important strategic significance of the education and training of the national security concept for the contemporary college students. The significance is discussed separately from the three levels, including: strengthening the education of the national security concept of college students is the requirement of the present times, and strengthening the education of the national security concept of the university students is our country Strengthening the national security education of college students is an important part of national defense construction.
The third part analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for the current university students' national security concept education. This part is the foothold of this article. Through the analysis of the problems and causes, the author puts forward the feasibility suggestions. This paper puts forward four main problems in the education of national security concept of College Students: one is The position of the national security concept education is not correct; two is the lack of effectiveness in the education of national security concept; the three is that teachers can not meet the needs of the students in the guidance of education; four is the assessment and evaluation of the national security concept of education is too formalized. Then, the causes of the problems of the national security concept education of the students are summarized, such as the causes of the problems of the national security concept education of the major students, for example. The importance of national security concept education has not been given enough attention. The channels and forms of education on national security concept are single, and there are deficiencies in the national security education team.
The last part puts forward personal opinions and suggestions on strengthening and improving the important measures and ways of the education and training of the national security concept of college students. For the exploration of the effective ways of the education of national security concept of college students, this article is divided into four aspects: first, the education of the national security concept of contemporary college students should be made scientific. The second is to pay attention to the construction of the teaching staff of the national security concept education; the third aspect is to educate the university students through the use of "Two Courses" education resources, and the last is to do a good job of various forms of extracurricular propaganda and practice education.
In the conclusion part, we briefly summarize the main thrust of this paper, and point out the direction for further research in the future.
