江浙沪高校科技创新团队的科研创新绩效评价

【摘要】:高校科技创新团队能否有效开展科研、有效创新、有效发展,更好适应我国经济与社会发展对科技与知识的需求,一个重要的前提是建立良好的"高校科技创新团队的科研创新绩效评价"机制。江浙沪高校科技创新团队的科研创新绩效评价管理,呈现出"综合式"、"项目式"、"人事式"、"量化式"的管理特征,既存在一定的合理性,也存在一些问题。研究江浙沪高校科技创新团队的科研创新绩效评价管理,科学总结其成功经验与不足,有利于促进我国高校科技创新团队"科研创新绩效评价"理论与实践的发展。
[Abstract]:Whether the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities can effectively carry out scientific research, effectively innovate and develop effectively, and better adapt to the needs of science and technology and knowledge for the economic and social development of our country, An important premise is to establish a good mechanism for evaluating the scientific research and innovation performance of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities. The performance evaluation management of scientific innovation team in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai colleges and universities presents the management characteristics of "synthesis", "project", "personnel" and "quantification", which not only has some rationality, but also has some problems. To study the performance evaluation and management of scientific innovation team in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai colleges and universities, and to scientifically sum up its successful experiences and shortcomings, will help to promote the development of the theory and practice of scientific research innovation performance evaluation of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities in China.
