我国研究型大学暑期学校现状研究

【摘要】:暑期学校最早产生于美国的哈佛大学,距今有130多年的历史,它对促进世界学术和文化的交流与繁荣、加快高等教育大众化和国际化发挥了积极作用。近几年暑期学校在我国得到较快发展,但与国外一百多年的办学实践相比,其还处于初步发展阶段,效果不完全尽如人意,值得认真研究。 本研究采用调查法、访谈法、文献法、案例法等研究方法,对我国研究型大学开设暑期学校的开设时间、办学理念、课程设置、学员对象及规模、配套管理制度及学生态度等方面进行现状及存在问题分析,得出以下结论:我国研究型大学暑期学校办学时间较短,多数在15天以内;不同学校的办学理念差异很大,办学定位不明确;课程设置主要以讲授法和讨论法为主,教学形式不够丰富;我国多数研究型大学暑期学校的学员在200人以内,参与规模较小,覆盖面不大;暑期学校服务不完善,如网站建设、住宿及收费等方面管理不规范、缺乏人性化服务;高校学生对研究型大学暑期学校的了解较少,暑期学校影响力不够。最后本文从明确办学定位、规范办学行为、创新发展模式及加强宣传推广等四个方面着手,提出对策建议,促进我国研究型大学暑期学校的发展。
[Abstract]:Summer school, which originated from Harvard University in America, has a history of more than 130 years. It has played a positive role in promoting the exchange and prosperity of academic and cultural in the world and accelerating the popularization and internationalization of higher education. Summer school has developed rapidly in our country in recent years, but it is still in the initial stage of development compared with more than one hundred years' practice abroad, and the effect is not completely satisfactory, so it is worth studying seriously. This research adopts the methods of investigation, interview, literature, case law and so on, to study the opening time, the idea, the curriculum, the object and the scale of the summer school in the research university of our country. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of supporting management system and students' attitude, and draws the following conclusions: the time of running summer schools in research universities in China is relatively short, most of them are within 15 days, and the ideas of running schools vary greatly from school to school. The orientation of running a school is not clear, the main courses are teaching method and discussion method, the teaching form is not rich enough, the students of most of the summer school of research university in our country are within 200 people, the scale of participation is small, the coverage is not enough; The service of summer school is not perfect, such as website construction, accommodation and charge management is not standardized, lack of humanized service, college students know less about the summer school of research university, summer school influence is not enough. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of summer school of research university in China from four aspects: clear the orientation of running a school, standardizing the behavior of running a school, innovating the development mode and strengthening propaganda and popularization.
