基于CAS理论的大学生主体性思想政治教育方法创新研究

【摘要】:本文以马克思主义理论为指导,运用思想政治教育学等多学科知识,基于CAS理论,较为系统深入地探讨当前大学生主体性思想政治教育方法创新这一重要课题。本文共分为五部分: 第一部分:导论。简单阐述本文的选题缘由及意义。介绍大学生主体性思想政治教育方法研究的现状。对本文的研究思路和方法进行扼要说明。 第二部分:对CAS相关理论进行阐述。CAS理论的核心思想是强调由适应性造就的复杂性,所谓具有适应性,就是指系统中的主体能够与环境以及其它主体进行交互作用。围绕适应性主体这个最核心的概念,霍兰进一步提出了研究适应和演化过程中特别需要注意的七个基本点。它们是:聚集、非线性、流、多样性、标识、内部模型、积木,其中前面四个是主体的某种属性,它们将在主体适应和进化过程中发挥作用;后面三个则是主体之间以及主体与环境之间进行交流时的机制和有关概念。CAS理论有三个主要特点,一是强调主体的主动性,二是强调主体与环境的交互作用,三是理论的普适性和实用性。这三个特点为我们利用CAS理论来创新大学生主体性思想政治教育方法提供了前提条件。 第三部分:对基于CAS理论的大学生主体性思想政治教育方法创新的可行性问题进行深入探讨。所谓主体性思想政治教育方法就是使教育者和受教育者都成为人的方法,是激发两者的自我认同性、自觉性和创造性,实现人地位的提升、人价值的发现、人潜能的挖掘的思想方法和工作方法。当前大学生主体性思想政治教育方法存在着在认识方法上重教育者的主导性、轻受教育者的主体性,在实施方法上存在重显性途径,轻隐性途径,内容选择不能反映和适应社会发展需求等一些不足,这些不足主要是由思维的简单性造成的。为克服这些不足,我们应该借鉴CAS理论的研究成果,将大学生思想政治教育系统看作是一个由教育者和大学生等适应性主体组成的复杂适应系统,依此来进行教育方法上的创新。在进行方法创新时,我们要遵循以下原则:主体性原则、复杂性原则、平等交往原则、整体涌现原则、活力原则等大学生主体性思想政治教育原则。 第四部分:论述基于CAS理论的大学生主体性思想政治教育认识方法创新。大学生主体性思想政治教育认识方法,是高校思想政治教育者在认识大学生和教育环境中所采用的方法。 CAS理论蕴含着丰富的科学和哲学意蕴,对指导教育者认识大学生的思想动态具有重要的启示作用。首先,它强调主体具有自己的内部结构和生存动力,因此,主体是活生生的,主体表现出来的情况是复杂的,这启示着教育者要多观察体验大学生的生活和学习,从观察体验中获取重要的思想信息资料。其次,CAS理论强调主体与系统关系的层次性,认为主体经过聚集会形成介主体,介主体又经过聚集形成介介主体,主体与系统之间的关系就在这种单主体变介主体的层次叠加中得以实现。这启示着我们对大学生思想信息的分析要注重层次性,这样才能在认识好个体思想的同时把握好整体的思想。最后,CAS理论将主体认识、预知世界的模型称为内部模型,这就启示着教育者要关注大学生的内部模型,明确哪些是需要保护的能激发大学生主体性的因素,哪些是需要教育者充分发掘的主体性因素。 最后,论述了基于CAS理论的大学生主体性思想政治教育实施方法创新。大学生主体性思想政治教育实施方法,也叫大学生主体性思想政治教育工作方法,是高校思想政治教育者面向大学生在教育过程中所采用的方法。CAS理论认为主体与环境、主体与主体之间的相互作用是非线性的,这就为我们在实施大学生主体性思想政治教育方法中,克服简单思维,实施非线性教育提供了一个重要的启示。CAS理论认为,系统中的流具有乘数效应和再循环效应的特性,这就为我们对大学生思想政治教育系统中的信息流,尤其是对隐性信息流进行扩大和再循环提供了一个实施方法上的重要启发点。CAS理论认为主体与主体以及主体与环境的交互作用是一种积累经验和学习的过程,他们根据学到的经验来改变自己的内部模型,调整自己的行为方式,这就启示我们教育者要善于利用大学生之间以及大学生和教育环境之间的交互作用,实施多角色体验,有效促进大学生思想政治素质的提高。同样,CAS理论也启示着我们要增强大学生适应环境的能力、建立“适应型”师生关系等大学生主体性思想政治教育实施方法。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the theory of Marx, uses the multi-disciplinary knowledge of Ideological and political education, and based on the CAS theory, makes a systematic and in-depth discussion on the important subject of the method innovation of the ideological and political education of college students. This paper is divided into five parts.
The first part: introduction. A brief description of the origin and significance of the topic of this article. The present situation of the research on the methods of Ideological and political education of college students is introduced. The research ideas and methods of this article are briefly explained.
The second part: the core idea of CAS related theory is that the core idea of.CAS theory is to emphasize the complexity created by adaptability. So called adaptability means that the subject in the system can interact with the environment and other subjects. Holland further puts forward the adaptation and performance of the research on the core concept of the adaptive subject. Seven basic points that need to be paid attention to. They are aggregation, nonlinearity, flow, diversity, identification, internal model, and building blocks, of which the first four are the attributes of the subject, and they will play a role in the body's adaptation and evolution; the latter three are the machines that communicate between the subject and between the body and the environment. The.CAS theory of system and related concept has three main characteristics, one is to emphasize the initiative of the subject, the two is to emphasize the interaction between the subject and the environment, and the three is the universality and practicality of the theory. These three features provide the premise for us to make use of the theory of CAS to innovate the subjective ideological and political education method of college students.
The third part is to discuss the feasibility of the innovation of College Students' subjective ideological and political education method based on CAS theory. The so-called subjective ideological and political education method is the way to make both the educator and the educator become human, and to stimulate the self-identity, consciousness and creativity of the two and the promotion of the person's status. The ideological and political education methods of College Students' subjective ideological and political education present the dominance of the educators in the cognitive methods, the subjectivity of the educator, the method of heavy dominance, the light recessive path, the choice of content can not reflect and adapt to the needs of the social development. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we should draw on the research results of CAS theory and consider the ideological and political education system of college students as a complex and suitable system composed of the adaptable subjects such as the educators and the university students, and then carry out the innovation in the educational method. In the process of method innovation, we should follow the following principles: the principle of subjectivity, the principle of complexity, the principle of equal communication, the principle of the whole emergence, the principle of vitality and so on, the principle of Ideological and political education of the students.
The fourth part is to discuss the method innovation of College Students' subjective ideological and political education based on CAS theory. The methods of understanding the subjective ideological and political education of college students are the methods used by the ideological and political educators in the university to understand the college students and the educational environment. The theory of CAS contains rich scientific and philosophical implications, and it guides educators to recognize them. Understanding the ideological dynamics of college students has an important inspiration. First, it emphasizes that the subject has its own internal structure and survival motive. Therefore, the subject is alive and the subject is complex, which inspires the educators to observe and experience the students' life and study and obtain important ideological letters from the observation experience. Secondly, the CAS theory emphasizes the hierarchy of the relationship between the subject and the system. It is believed that the main body is formed through aggregation, and the subject is formed to form the mediating subject, and the relationship between the subject and the system is realized in the superposition of the single subject's subject. This reveals the analysis of the ideological information of the college students. We should pay attention to the hierarchy so that we can grasp the idea of the individual well and grasp the whole thought at the same time. Finally, the CAS theory will recognize the subject and predict the model of the world as the internal model, which inspires that the educators should pay attention to the internal model of the College students, and clarify which factors that need protection to stimulate the subjectivity of the college students and what is necessary. The subjective factors that should be fully explored by the educator.
Finally, it expounds the innovation of the implementation method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education based on CAS theory. The implementation method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education is also called the method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education. It is the method of.CAS theory that the ideological and Political Educators of College Ideological and political education adopt in the process of education. The interaction between the subject and the subject is nonlinear, which provides an important inspiration for us to overcome the simple thinking and implement nonlinear education in the implementation of College Students' subjective ideological and political education methods. The.CAS theory holds that the flow in the system has the multiplier effect and the characteristic of the recirculation effect. The information flow in the students' Ideological and political education system, especially the expansion and recirculation of the recessive information flow, provides an important enlightenment point in the implementation method..CAS theory holds that the interaction between the subject and the subject and the subject and the environment is a process of accumulating experience and learning, and they change their own experience according to the experience learned. The internal model and adjustment of its own way of behavior suggest that the educators should be good at using the interaction between college students and college students and the educational environment to implement the multi role experience and promote the improvement of the ideological and political quality of college students. The CAS theory also shows that we should strengthen the ability of college students to adapt to the environment. Establish the "adaptive" teacher-student relationship and other methods of Ideological and political education for college students.
