和谐社会视域下大学生德育工作存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:在十六届四中全会上,中央正式提出了“构建社会主义和谐社会”的要求。在十七大上,中央指出建设社会主义和谐社会是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,在中国共产党建党90周年纪念大会上,胡锦涛同志再次强调,要继续坚定不移推进社会主义和谐社会建设。和谐社会的建设要求建设者既要具备较高的科学文化素质,还要有较高的思想道德和政治法律素质。基于此考虑,中央同时提出了加强德育工作,弘扬社会主义核心价值观,在全社会倡导一种积极向上的文化氛围,,让全体社会成员都接受共同的、基本的道德准则、认同社会主义和共产主义理想信念,为社会主义建设提供坚实的思想道德基础,引领和激励全党全国人民为实现中华民族复兴而团结奋斗的具体任务。这就为在新时期如何更高效地开展德育工作提出了新的更高的要求大学教育以其培养对象对于社会主义和谐社会建设的重要作用,体现出高校德育工作在整个德育工作中的首要地位。事实上,当今中国正处于改革攻坚期和社会转型期,再加上敌对势力的文化进攻,人们的价值观念、思维方式和行为方式发生剧烈变化,一些人社会主义信念产生了动摇,对社会主义核心价值体系产生怀疑,社会道德也出现了某种混乱乃至无序。这些变化都对大学生的健康成长产生了不利影响。不少大学生的道德观念和价值观念受到了剧烈的冲击,道德要求开始降低,价值取向出现一定程度混乱,对社会主义的前途失去信心,理想设计过于功利化。育人为本,德育为先。加强高校德育工作,培养全面发展的高素质人才势在必行。 然而,受各种原因影响,目前高校德育工作在理念、制度设计和具体做法等方面都存在许多不足。这些问题已经并将继续影响高校德育工作实效性的发挥。所以,在建设社会主义和谐社会的背景下,对大学生德育工作进行反思和重新厘定不仅对加强和提升大学生道德素质全面提高人才培养质量大有裨益,而且对推进高校思想政治教育构建和谐校园亦颇多助力。本文正是基于此考虑,试图在和谐社会视域下,对当今大学生德育工作问题进行相关的研究。 本文共分五个部分: 第一部分是前言。主要对本文的研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法以及创新作了一些陈述。 第二部分是和谐社会与大学生德育概念分析。主要对和谐社会与大学生德育概念进行了分析。包括和谐社会的概念、大学生德育的概念和大学生德育与和谐社会的关联性。 第三部分是大学生道德现状及德育存在的问题。主要探讨了大学生道德现状及德育存在的问题,并以此为基础,为全文提供切入点。 第四部分是大学生德育存在问题的原因分析,主要从内因与外因角度分析了大学生德育存在问题。内因是指大学生自身的原因。外因包括社会方面、学校方面、家庭方面、现代媒体等方面的原因。通过对原因的全面分析,为如何提高大学生德育工作实效性对症下药。 第五部分是结合社会主义和谐社会对社会成员尤其是大学生的各方面要求,再根据目前大学生思想道德和政治法律素质的现实状况及高校在大学生德育教育工作中的经验和教训,就和谐社会视域下提高大学生德育实效性的对策进行研究,主要从指导思想、德育理念、德育原则、德育路径等方面进行了论述。
[Abstract]:In the fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the Central Committee formally put forward the requirement of "building a socialist harmonious society". At the 17th National Congress, the Central Committee pointed out that building a socialist harmonious society is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the 90th anniversary commemorative Congress of the Party Building Party of the Communist Party of China, comrade Hu Jintao again stressed that it is necessary to continue to advance unswervingly. Building a harmonious socialist society, the construction of a harmonious society requires the builders not only to have higher scientific and cultural qualities, but also have high ideological and moral and political and legal qualities. Based on this consideration, the Central Committee also proposes to strengthen moral education, carry forward the socialist core values, and advocate a positive cultural atmosphere in the whole society. It allows all members of society to accept common, basic moral standards, identify the ideals and beliefs of socialism and communism, provide a solid ideological and moral foundation for the construction of socialism, and lead and inspire the specific task of unity and struggle between the whole Party and the whole nation for the realization of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This is how more efficient in the new period. To carry out the moral education work, it has put forward a new and more high demand for the important role of the university education for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. It embodies the primary position of the moral education in the whole moral work. In fact, China is in the period of reform and social transformation, and the cultural attack of the hostile forces, People's values, ways of thinking and behavior patterns have changed violently, some people's socialist belief has been shaken, the socialist core value system is doubtful, social morality also has some confusion and even disorder. These changes have had a negative impact on the health of college students. Many college students' moral outlook. The idea and values have been severely impacted, moral requirements began to decrease, the value orientation was in a certain degree of confusion, the future of socialism lost confidence and the ideal design was too utilitarian. Education was the basis and moral education was the first. It was imperative to strengthen the moral education in Colleges and universities to cultivate all-round high-quality talents.
However, influenced by various reasons, there are many deficiencies in moral education in Colleges and universities in terms of concept, system design and concrete practice. These problems have already continued to affect the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities. Therefore, under the background of building a socialist harmonious society, the moral education of College Students is rethought and redefined. It is not only helpful to strengthen and enhance the moral quality of college students, but also to promote the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to build a harmonious campus. This paper is based on this consideration and tries to make a related research on the problem of today's College Students' Moral Education in the view of harmonious society.
This article is divided into five parts:
The first part is the preface, mainly on the background, significance, research status, research methods and innovations.
The second part is the analysis of the concept of harmonious society and the moral education of college students. It mainly analyzes the concept of harmonious society and the moral education of college students, including the concept of harmonious society, the concept of College Students' moral education and the relationship between the moral education of college students and the harmonious society.
The third part is the moral status of college students and the problems of moral education. It mainly discusses the moral status of college students and the existing problems of moral education. On the basis of this, it provides a breakthrough point for the full text.
The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the existence of College Students' moral education, mainly from the perspective of internal and external causes. The internal cause refers to the reasons for the college students themselves. The external causes include social, school, family, modern media and other reasons. Through a comprehensive analysis of the reasons, how to improve college students The actual effect of moral education is the right remedy.
The fifth part is to combine the requirements of the socialist harmonious society to the members of the society, especially the college students, and then according to the current situation of the ideological and moral and political and legal qualities of the college students and the experience and lessons of the college students' Moral Education in the University, the Countermeasures to improve the actual effect of the moral education of the college students in the view of the harmonious society are carried out. The research mainly discusses the guiding ideology, moral education idea, moral education principle and moral education path.
