中原工学院实践教学体系的构建

【摘要】:在传统的高等教育中,学校更多地把实践教学作为对理论教学的补充,是对理论教学中所涉及有关知识的解释和验证。实践环节零散杂乱,没有系统地考虑实践教学的连贯性。这就会泯灭学生的创造性和创新能力。但这种现状正在得到改进和不断完善。 目前,国家发布了一系列的政策和文件,鼓励和支持实践教学条件的建设和改善,一再强调要提高大学生的创新能力、实践能力和就业能力。特别是国家实行教学评估以来,教学管理日趋完善,目前国家提出的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”和大学生创新创业训练计划,通过校企联合培养方式和一系列的创新项目,着重培养学生的创新精神、工程素质以及工程实践能力,着实提高大学生的创新能力、科研能力和就业能力。这些措施很大程度上促进了高校对实践教学的重视,不断加大财力物力投入,提高教学管理水平和完善教学体系。 本文依据三种不同的设计背景或理念,设计出三种实践教学体系,通过分析比较,借鉴参考文献,从目前中原工学院实践教学的实际情况出发,依据实际教学需求和自身情况,通过整合实践教学资源,合理设置教学环节,最终设计出以三体系、四层次和八模块为特征的实践教学体系方案。本方案的构建和完善,为切实培养和提高学生的综合素质和实践、创业、创新能力,实现我校“基础实、口径宽、素质高、能力强”的高级应用型人才的培养要求奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In the traditional higher education, the school takes the practice teaching more as the supplement to the theory teaching, which is the explanation and verification of the related knowledge involved in the theory teaching. The practice links are scattered and untidy, and the coherence of practice teaching is not systematically considered. This will detract from students' creativity and creativity. But the status quo is improving and improving. At present, the state has issued a series of policies and documents to encourage and support the construction and improvement of practical teaching conditions, and has repeatedly stressed the need to improve the innovative, practical and employment abilities of college students. Especially since the implementation of teaching evaluation, the teaching management has become more and more perfect. At present, the "Education and training Plan for Outstanding Engineers" and the innovative Entrepreneurship training Program for College students are proposed by the State, through the joint training of schools and enterprises and a series of innovative projects. Emphasis is placed on cultivating the students' creative spirit, engineering quality and engineering practice ability, so as to improve the students' innovative ability, scientific research ability and employment ability. To a great extent, these measures promote colleges and universities to attach importance to practical teaching, increase financial and material resources, improve the level of teaching management and improve the teaching system. According to three different design backgrounds or concepts, this paper designs three kinds of practical teaching systems. By analyzing and comparing, drawing on references, starting from the actual situation of practice teaching in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, according to the actual teaching needs and their own conditions, By integrating practical teaching resources and setting up teaching links reasonably, a scheme of practical teaching system characterized by three systems, four levels and eight modules is designed. The construction and perfection of this scheme lay a foundation for cultivating and improving the students' comprehensive quality and practice, starting a business, innovating ability, and realizing the training requirements of advanced applied talents in our school, which are "basic, wide, high quality and strong ability".
