当前高校师德建设的主要问题与解决路径研究

【摘要】：强国必先强教,强教必先强师,强师必先强德。高校教师师德素质的高低直接影响着高等教育的人才培养质量,影响着公民整体素质的提高和经济社会的全面发展。当前高校师德建设也面临着新的时代要求,为提高当前高校师德建设水平,本文采用问卷调查和文献分析的研究方法,深入了解当前高校师德建设的新问题、新情况,并提出有针对性的对策措施。
[Abstract]:A powerful nation must first teach, a strong teacher must first, and a strong teacher must first strengthen virtue. The quality of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities directly affects the quality of personnel training in higher education, the improvement of the overall quality of citizens and the overall development of economy and society. In order to improve the level of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities, this paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire investigation and literature analysis to deeply understand the new problems and new situations in the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. And put forward targeted countermeasures.
