蒙古、中国高等教育信息化比较研究

【摘要】:计算机与网络通信技术是当代科学技术发展水平的重要标志之一,也对各个国家的社会经济迅速发展,确保人民主和自由起重要作用。全世界都认同此领域的发展及需要完成的任务和作用,尤其是共和民族组织特别关注此领域的发展,在他的支持下两次组织了《关于知识社会问题的世界高级见面会》,在第一次的会议上制定并实施了《规章制度宣言》、《行为条例》等两个重要文件。在这些文件中明确提出各个国家要制定信息通信技术的国家政策,要发展此领域,更加成熟。 蒙古国被认为在将来的十年中,经济发展速度最快国家之一,但不提高生产只稳定发展经济是困难的事情。要提高生产的两个重要元素:技能技巧和现代社会的信息技术的普遍和改革。在提高技能技巧和信息技术的中教育起重要作用也担任重要任务。从这里能看出,教育是社会发展的一个重要动力。还有注重发展教育研究的国家和地区更会成为一个重视教育创新的地方。解决人类生活中的很多复杂问题的唯一决策是教育。高速发展的信息通迅技术改变着世界各国发展趋势、社会经济联系和人类生活方式,在这个变化中最大欠债的领域中包括教育系统。教育文化科学部副部长额尔邓苏仁通知“21世纪蒙古人民面临的一个主要目的是全体掌握计算机技能”。 20世纪初蒙古大部分人没有识字教育,可2000年取得了蒙古人口的97,8%掌握识字教育的成就。在新世纪蒙古人民全体面临着掌握计算机识字教育的要求,而且,把信息技术在社会所部门广泛地使用是非常重要。我国高等教育信息化发展现状与中国高等教育信息化发展现状有一定的差距,在这种形势下,对蒙古和中国高等教育信息化基础设施建设、信息化资源建设、师资信息化培训情况进行比较。 本论文共分为五个部分。 第一部分,引言:选题缘由。基本问题和研究思路,研究的方法。 第二部分,文献综述。包括高等教育信息化概念,高等教育信息化的起源、内涵,高等教育信息化的特征,高等教育信息化的目的。 第三部分,高等教育信息化具体内容方面进行比较。包括中国和蒙古高等教育信息化基础设施建设、信息资源建设、师资信息化培训情况三个方面进行比较。 第四部分,蒙古的一个个案的信息化方面情况。 第五部分,总结。包括差异的根源,启示。
[Abstract]:Computer and network communication technology is one of the important symbols of the development level of modern science and technology. It also plays an important role in the rapid development of social economy and the guarantee of democracy and freedom of people in various countries. The world recognizes the developments in this field and the tasks and roles that need to be accomplished, and in particular that the Republican National Organization pays particular attention to developments in this field, Under his support, he organized the World Senior meeting on knowledge Society twice, and made and implemented two important documents, such as the Declaration of rules and regulations and the Code of Conduct at the first meeting. In these documents, it is clearly stated that each country should formulate national ICT policies and develop this area more mature. Mongolia is considered one of the fastest-growing countries in the next decade, but it is difficult to stabilize the economy without increasing production. To improve the production of two important elements: skills and modern society of information technology universal and reform. It also plays an important role in improving skills and information technology. It can be seen from here that education is an important driving force for social development. Other countries and regions that pay more attention to educational research will become an important place for educational innovation. The only decision to solve many complex problems in human life is education. The rapid development of information and communication technology has changed the world's development trends, social and economic ties and human lifestyles, in this changing area of debt, including the education system. Erdengsuren, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, informed that "one of the main purposes of the Mongolian people in the 21st century is to master computer skills". At the beginning of the 20th century, the majority of Mongolians did not have literacy education. In 2000, 97% or 8% of the Mongolian population was able to master literacy education. In the new century, the whole Mongolian people are faced with the requirement of mastering computer literacy education, and it is very important to widely use information technology in social departments. There is a certain gap between the development of higher education informatization in China and that of higher education in China. Under this situation, the construction of information infrastructure and information resources of higher education in Mongolia and China are studied. The information training of teachers is compared. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction: the reason of the topic. Basic problems and research ideas, research methods. The second part, literature review. It includes the concept of informatization of higher education, the origin and connotation of informatization of higher education, the characteristics of informatization of higher education, and the purpose of informatization of higher education. The third part, the higher education informationization specific content aspect carries on the comparison. It includes the construction of information infrastructure, the construction of information resources and the information training of teachers in China and Mongolia. The fourth part, the information aspect of a case of Mongolia. The fifth part, summary. Including the root causes of differences, enlightenment.
