山西省大学生日常行为中的自我管理研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in Shanxi Province, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is expanding, and the social attention to higher education is also increasing. College students have the advantages of bright personality, active thinking and versatile ability in their daily behavior. However, the weak self-management ability of college students is also exposed to the public, such as strong dependence, weak self-control and poor bearing ability. Lack of perseverance and hard-working spirit, restricting college students become the pillars of economic and social development, so a comprehensive, systematic research on the self-management of college students' daily behavior is of great significance to cultivate the economic and social development of our country. In order to strengthen the self-management of college students, this paper designed a questionnaire to investigate the learning style, living conditions, civilized morality and mental health of college students in the daily behavior of college students. A sample survey was conducted on 400 college students in six universities in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. 398 questionnaires were collected and 299 were effectively investigated. Through the statistical analysis, we know that the college students in Shanxi Province exist in the aspect of self-management of style of study: they can not guarantee sufficient study time and have a strong utilitarian in their study; in the aspect of self-management of life, they have the following problems: lack of emotion, chaos of daily work and routine, Don't pay attention to personal and dormitory hygiene; exist in civilized morality: do not respect teachers and teachers, do not unite students, dress unreasonable; in mental health: poor mental tolerance, weak willpower, will not seek the right ways to help. Through analysis, the causes of the problems are caused by the students' family environment, the school environment and the social environment, as well as the unclear goals of the college students themselves. Then, according to these problems and reasons, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the self-management of college students, which should be guided by the humanistic management guidance of the school, supplemented by family participation and social concern, and the self-management of college students should be guided correctly. In the aspect of college students' self-construction, we should set up correct lofty goals, carry out self-cultivation, realize self-value and develop good habits, so as to improve college students' self-management consciousness, enrich college students' daily life, and perfect college students' personality. And then realize the successful transformation of college students from school to society.
