国家行动下学术创新策略的实践逻辑及其反思——基于大学学术生产的视角

【摘要】:"国家行动"是理解中国教育改革的重要维度。基于"国家行动"之学术创新话语体系的构建,学术创新策略及其实践逻辑呈现出了鲜明的整体性特征,这一特征虽然在一定程度上给予学术创新不可或缺的外在保障,然而,以此为前提构建出的"外生型的学术生产模式"难以做到实践逻辑的自洽,由此也引发了学术创新的异化。面对这种现状,如何理顺学术生产的内在理路,澄清学术创新的制度缺陷,并在此基础上对其进行制度矫正,是当前大学教育改革的重要议题。
[Abstract]:National action is an important dimension to understand China's educational reform. With the construction of the discourse system of academic innovation based on "national action", the strategy of academic innovation and its practical logic show a distinct overall feature, which, to a certain extent, provides an indispensable external guarantee for academic innovation. The "exogenous academic production mode" constructed on this premise is difficult to achieve the self-consistency of practical logic, which also leads to the alienation of academic innovation. In the face of this situation, how to straighten out the inherent way of academic production, clarify the institutional defects of academic innovation, and on this basis, it is an important topic of university education reform.
