高校思想政治理论课有效性研究

【摘要】:对于高校思想政治教育来讲,它的主渠道、主阵地是思想政治理论课,同时对大学生进行马克思主义理论教育是思想政治理论课的主要责任,而思想政治理论课的有效性,则是检验其教育成效和教学成效的重要标尺。随着社会结构、利益格局、经济体制以及思想观念的逐步转变,大学思想政治理论课将面对着许多问题和任务,如何在思想政治理论课上提高教学有效性,是迫在眉睫的问题。对于提高思政课的教学效果和教学魅力,研究高校思想政治理论课有效性具有直接而重大的意义。围绕高校思政课教育中当前存在的问题和疑惑,本文对制约高校思政课有效性的各种决定因素进行了全面的分析,在此基础上提出了具有针对性的建议与对策。 论文共有四部分组成:第一是引言部分,系统讨论论文研究的意义,论文的研究方法,以及国内外相关研究的现状。第二是理论的概述部分,主要概括思政治课有效性的基本内涵,以及讨论思政课有效性的评价标准,同时从不同的侧面深究了增强高校思政课有效性的意义,并且全面解剖了各类影响思政课有效性的因素。第三部分是问题部分,本文全面梳理了高校思政课当前存在的一些主要问题,这些问题主要分为:教育工作者的职业倦怠感和学生思想观念的巨大变化,使得思政课教育面临更加复杂的教学环境;思想政治理论课教学内容上缺乏丰富性和多样性,缺乏实践深度和现实联系,内容的重复性一定程度上激发了学生们的逆反心理;在教学方法上,存在着僵化、单一的特点,从而缺乏有效性;在网络时代的背景下,思政课面临着更加复杂的社会环境和网络环境,教学任务更加多元化。文章的第四部分涉及到对策与建议,提出了提升高校思想政治理论课有效性的对策,主要包括:在教学理念上,确立以人为本的原则;在教学内容上,根据理论联系实际的原则,积极拓展教学内容,做到理论联系实际;在教学方法上,充分运用各种具体教学方法,完善实践教学法;在师资队伍的建设上,着眼于提升思政课教师的政治理论素质,着力于提升思政课教师的业务能力素质。
[Abstract]:For the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, its main channel is the ideological and political theory course, while the Marxist theoretical education for college students is the main responsibility of the ideological and political theory course, and the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course. It is an important yardstick to test its educational effect and teaching effect. With the gradual transformation of social structure, benefit pattern, economic system and ideology, the course of ideological and political theory in university will face many problems and tasks. How to improve the effectiveness of teaching in the course of ideological and political theory is an urgent problem. It is of direct and great significance to improve the teaching effect and charm of ideological and political courses and to study the validity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. Focusing on the existing problems and doubts in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the determinants that restrict the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions and countermeasures on this basis. The thesis consists of four parts: the first is the introduction, the significance of the research, the research methods, and the current situation of the research at home and abroad. The second part is an overview of the theory, which mainly summarizes the basic connotation of the effectiveness of ideological and political courses, and discusses the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological and political courses. At the same time, it explores the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities from different aspects. And has dissected comprehensively each kind of influence thought politics lesson validity factor. The third part is the problem part, this article comprehensively combs some main problems existing in the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. These problems are mainly divided into: the job burnout of educators and the great changes of students' ideas. The ideological and political education is faced with a more complex teaching environment, the content of ideological and political theory teaching content is lack of richness and diversity, lack of depth of practice and practical contact, the repetition of content to a certain extent inspired the students' rebellious psychology; In the teaching methods, there are rigid and single characteristics, which lack of effectiveness. Under the background of the network age, the ideological and political course is facing more complex social and network environment, and teaching tasks are more diversified. The fourth part of the article involves countermeasures and suggestions, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, including: establishing the principle of people-oriented in teaching concept; According to the principle of integrating theory with practice, we should actively expand the teaching content and integrate theory with practice; in teaching methods, we should make full use of all kinds of specific teaching methods to perfect the practical teaching methods; and in the construction of teachers' ranks, Focus on improving the ideological and political teachers' political theory quality, focusing on improving the ideological and political teachers' professional ability quality.
