大学生思想政治教育中的非智力因素及培养途径

【摘要】：大学生思想政治教育是现代化教育的重要组成部分，而非智力因素是现代化人才素质的重要组成部分，对大学生的全面发展起着重要的作用，所以在思想政治教育中培养非智力因素对大学生的全面发展有非常重要的保障作用。所谓非智力因素是指不是直接参与了人的认知活动的过程，但是却对人的认知活动起到协调、导向的作用。随着社会的进步和发展，思想政治教育显得尤为重要，而作为掌握着社会新技术、新思想的大学生，，他们的思想政治教育就变得更加重要。作为全面发展的大学生不仅要有智力方面的发展，更需要动机、兴趣、意志、情感、个性、环境等非智力因素的发展。但是由于长期以来传统的思想政治教育没有给非智力因素以足够的重视，在实践中也忽视了对非智力因素的培养，结果使思想政治教育不理想。本文主要通过对山西师范大学学生的调查问卷的数据调查结果，分析了大学生思想政治教育中的非智力因素存在的主要问题和原因，提出了大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养的几种途径和方法。文章的第一部分主要对非智力因素的概念、组成要素等进行理论的论述。第二部分主要从两个层面上阐述了非智力因素与思想政治教育的关系。第三部分以实际调查的结果为依据，分析了大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素存在的问题以及原因分析。第四部分主要从理论和实际两大方面阐述大学生思想政治教育中培养非智力因素的必要性。在最后一部分相应地有针对性地提出对上述出现的问题进行非智力因素的培养途径和方法。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of modern education, and the non-intellectual factor is an important part of the quality of modern talents, which plays an important role in the all-round development of college students. Therefore, cultivating non-intelligence factors in ideological and political education plays an important role in the overall development of college students. Non-intelligence factor is not directly involved in the process of human cognitive activities, but plays a coordinating and guiding role in human cognitive activities. With the progress and development of society, ideological and political education is particularly important, and as a college student with new social technology and new ideas, their ideological and political education becomes more important. As an all-round development, college students should not only have the development of intelligence, but also need the development of non-intelligence factors such as motivation, interest, will, emotion, personality, environment and so on. However, the traditional ideological and political education has not paid enough attention to the non-intellectual factors for a long time, and neglected the cultivation of non-intellectual factors in practice, which makes the ideological and political education unsatisfactory. This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the non-intelligence factors in the ideological and political education of the college students through the data survey of the questionnaire of the students in Shanxi normal University. This paper puts forward several ways and methods for the cultivation of non-intellectual factors in ideological and political education of college students. The first part of the article mainly discusses the concept of non-intelligence factors, components and so on. The second part mainly expounds the relationship between non-intelligence factors and ideological and political education from two levels. The third part analyzes the problems and causes of non-intelligence factors in college students' ideological and political education based on the results of actual investigation. The fourth part mainly expounds the necessity of cultivating non-intelligence factors in ideological and political education of college students from two aspects: theory and practice. In the last part, the ways and methods of cultivating non-intelligence factors are put forward.
