高校校园文化建设中的德育功能拓展研究

【摘要】：高校校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分，是推动先进生产力发展的重要因素，是实现广大师生员工利益的重要方面，更是大学生德育教育中一种非常有效的手段和方法。中共中央国务院于2004年8月在《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中指出，要大力加强校园文化建设，并以此作为加强大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。高校要加强和改进德育工作，提高其效能，其中一个重要的方面就是要高度重视校园文化建设，好的校园文化对提升大学生的德育思想起到重要作用，好的校园文化才能真正对大学生发挥德育教育影响。当前，高校大学生的德育状况发生了新的变化，也出现了许多新的情况，在这种变化了的形势下，高校就如何加强校园文化建设与大学生德育思想方面进行了积极的探索和研究，但就二者之间的相互结合与作用等方面缺乏深入的探索，可供查阅的资料也不多。面对这一情况，加强高校校园文化与德育之间关系的研究，确定围绕加强和完善高校德育而抓好校园文化建设的各项要求，提高校园文化在高校德育中的重要作用，以推动校园文化建设，，提高德育工作实效，是高校必须认真思考和研究的重要问题。本文针对高校校园文化建设中德育功能这一问题，以相关课题国内外研究现状及对江西省四所高校部分师生进行的问卷调查为基础，就高校校园文化建设下推进德育功能进行了阐述，从校园文化的内涵、高校德育的内涵、高校校园文化与高校德育的内在关系及高校校园文化在德育中的功能进行了解说，通过对高校校园文化德育状况的实地考察，并对问卷调查资料进行综合分析与归纳，指出目前高校校园文化建设下推进德育功能的现状、存在的问题及引起存在问题的原因分析；在对这些问题与原因分析的基础上，结合相关参考文献及调研中所获的资料，提出了加强高校校园文化建设推进德育发展的有效途径，即营造校园文化环境，包括加强校园物质、精神、制度文化建设；营造德育环境以及完善高校校园文化活动体系，这是本文研究的重点也是本文研究的成果。
[Abstract]:College campus culture is an important part of socialist advanced culture, an important factor to promote the development of advanced productive forces, and an important aspect of realizing the interests of teachers, students and employees. It is also a very effective means and method in moral education of college students. In August, 2004, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee pointed out in "opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students" that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of campus culture and take it as an effective way to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. In order to strengthen and improve the work of moral education and improve its efficiency, one of the important aspects is to attach great importance to the construction of campus culture, and good campus culture plays an important role in promoting the moral education of college students. The good campus culture can really exert the moral education influence to the university students. At present, new changes have taken place in the moral education of college students, and many new situations have emerged. Under this changed situation, The university has carried on the active exploration and the research on how to strengthen the campus culture construction and the university student moral education thought aspect, but lacks the thorough exploration in the aspects and so on the mutual union and the function between the two, the material which can be consulted is also not much. In the face of this situation, we should strengthen the research on the relationship between campus culture and moral education, determine the requirements of strengthening and perfecting moral education in colleges and universities, and improve the important role of campus culture in moral education in colleges and universities. In order to promote the construction of campus culture and improve the practical effect of moral education, it is an important problem that colleges and universities must seriously consider and study. Aiming at the function of moral education in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, this paper is based on the research status at home and abroad and the questionnaire survey conducted by some teachers and students of four colleges in Jiangxi Province. This paper expounds the function of promoting moral education under the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, from the connotation of campus culture, the connotation of moral education in colleges and universities, the internal relationship between campus culture and moral education in colleges and universities, and the function of campus culture in moral education. Through the field investigation of the moral education of campus culture in colleges and universities, and the comprehensive analysis and induction of the questionnaire data, this paper points out the present situation of promoting the function of moral education under the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities. On the basis of the analysis of these problems and causes, combining with the relevant references and the data obtained from the investigation, this paper puts forward an effective way to strengthen the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities to promote the development of moral education. That is to say, to build the campus cultural environment, including strengthening the campus material, spirit, system culture construction, creating the moral education environment and perfecting the campus cultural activity system, which is the focus of this paper and the results of this study.
