我国高校青年教师职后教育研究

【摘要】:如果说职前教育为高校青年教师开启了从教之门,那么职后教育才是高校青年教师学科专业和教学专业全面提升的殿堂。职后教育既是高校青年教师的权利,也是高校青年教师的义务。随着社会的多元发展,知识的耐用年限越来越短,在这个知识爆炸、文化急剧变迁的现实社会中,青年教师必须顺应时代的潮流,积极参与职后教育,让自己站稳三尺讲台,并谋求更长远的发展。 高校青年教师首先是一名成年人,所以成人学习理论为高校青年教师的学习行为的发生提供了理论依据,其次高校青年教师是一名教师,因此教师专业发展理论指引了高校青年教师发展的轨迹,而教师素能论则清晰对高校青年教师所需要具备的素质和能力做出了要求。 本文分别选取了美国,英国和台湾三个国家和地区的高校青年教师职后教育的情况进行参考,同时与我国青年教师职后教育的现状进行比较,总结我国近年来在高校青年教师职后教育方面取得的成绩,并指出仍然存在的不足之处,在结合我国国情的基础上借鉴先进的经验,提出若干改进的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:If pre-service education has opened the door of teaching for young college teachers, then post-service education is the temple for the all-round promotion of the subject and teaching specialty of young teachers in colleges and universities. Post-service education is not only the right of young college teachers, but also the duty of young teachers. With the pluralistic development of society, the durable life of knowledge is getting shorter and shorter. In this realistic society of knowledge explosion and rapid cultural changes, young teachers must conform to the trend of the times, actively participate in post-service education, and let themselves stand at the stage of three feet. And to seek a longer-term development. The young teachers in colleges and universities are first an adult, so the theory of adult learning provides a theoretical basis for the occurrence of the learning behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities, and then the young teachers in colleges and universities are a teacher. Therefore, the theory of teachers' professional development has guided the track of the development of young teachers in colleges and universities, while the theory of teachers' elementary ability clearly requires the qualities and abilities that young teachers in colleges and universities need to possess. This paper selects the situation of the young teachers' post-service education in the United States, Britain and Taiwan, and compares it with the present situation of the young teachers' post-service education in our country. This paper summarizes the achievements in the post service education of young teachers in colleges and universities in China in recent years, and points out the shortcomings that still exist. On the basis of combining the national conditions of our country, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
