新疆独立学院教师激励机制研究
[Abstract]:The competition between colleges and universities is actually the competition of talents and high-level teachers. For the rapidly developing Xinjiang DL College, it is of great practical significance to establish a set of scientific incentive schemes that are conducive to the cultivation and application of talents: it can reduce the brain drain and improve the teachers' satisfaction. To promote the enthusiasm of teachers' work is beneficial to bring teachers' creativity into full play, improve the level of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, improve the quality and efficiency of running schools, and make colleges and universities full of vitality and stamina, so as to promote the development and construction of colleges and universities. At the same time, I also hope that through the analysis of the incentive mechanism of Xinjiang DL College, we can find out the common problems in the incentive mechanism of teachers in colleges and universities. So that other universities, especially the same independent colleges in the process of survival and rapid development can be used for reference. In this paper, the current situation and incentive measures of teachers in Xinjiang DL College are studied and analyzed. On the basis of the research and analysis, the incentive theory in behavioral science is applied to draw lessons from the successful experience of the domestic and foreign universities in the field of incentive measures. According to the actual situation of Xinjiang DL College, a suitable teacher incentive scheme is designed by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. By designing the teacher incentive scheme of Xinjiang DL College, this paper makes up for the improvement in recent years, but there are still some deficiencies in the teacher incentive mechanism. For example, the system of teacher appointment is not perfect, the assessment method of teachers' performance is not scientific enough, the design of salary system is not flexible, and the teachers' needs are not understood enough. For this reason, this paper designs a set of teachers' incentive scheme which is suitable for the sustainable development of Xinjiang DL College (independent college) and has strong maneuverability: to construct an encouraging employment management model and to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system. To establish a flexible salary system, to implement the young teachers' participation incentive and academic team incentive, and to discuss the operating mechanism of the designed incentive scheme.
