大学生幸福管理研究

【摘要】：大学生是国家的希望和未来。当前的大学生聪明好学、充满自信、敢于创新、自我意识与接受能力强,绝大多数都是独生子女,受到了父母的百般呵护和期望,然而由于缺乏生活和社会经验,独立性较差等原因,在学校毕经常遇到了较多的问题和压力而本人又无法解决,迫使有的学生在学习上、生活上、心理上、人际关系上进入了盲区而不能自拔,有的甚至由于心理健康问题而影响了学习。与此同时,深受心理学、哲学和人力资源管理等多学科影响的幸福管理也在国家大力建设“幸福中国”的过程中被提了出来,开始应用于企业管理并且已经受到了很好的效果。 传统的大学生管理相对来说具有单向性、大众化的特点,较多地运用惩罚而不是激励的方式来管理学生,并不能充分的发掘和培养学生的能力。本文认为,大学生幸福管理可以在吸收原有的管理方式的经验的基础上,提高管理效率和有效性,帮助大学生真正地发挥其自身智慧和优势,发掘特长和特质,实现人生目标。为此,笔者对其进行了研究和探索。 本文在对相关概念进行界定的基础上,分别对幸福管理以及大学生管理的相关文献进行了阅读、整理和归纳,通过文献阅读以及对数位同学的深度访谈,了解到我国大学生管理的现状和存在的问题以及影响大学生幸福的因素,并对其进行反思,提出建议,帮助大学生管理工作更有效的展开。本文运用文献分析法、理论研究法和访谈法等方法,分别就大学生思想教育、安全管理、经费管理、社团管理和自主管理等大学生管理工作中的内容进行解剖,分别提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:College students are the hope and future of our country. The current college students are intelligent, studious, confident, innovative, self-conscious and receptive, most of them are only children, and are cared for and expected from their parents. However, due to the lack of life and social experience, Lack of independence and other reasons often encountered more problems and pressures at the end of school and I could not solve them, forcing some students to enter the blind zone in their study, life, psychology, and interpersonal relationships, and could not extricate themselves from it. Some even affect learning because of mental health problems. At the same time, happiness management, which is deeply influenced by psychology, philosophy and human resource management, has been put forward in the process of building "happy China", and has been applied to enterprise management. The traditional management of college students has the characteristics of unidirectional and popular. It is not possible to fully explore and cultivate students' ability by using punishment rather than encouragement to manage students. This paper holds that the happiness management of college students can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management on the basis of absorbing the experience of the original management mode, help the college students to give full play to their own wisdom and advantages, explore their special strengths and characteristics, and realize the goal of life. Therefore, the author has carried on the research and the exploration to it. On the basis of defining the related concepts, this paper has read, arranged and summarized the related documents of happiness management and college students' management, through the literature reading and in-depth interviews to the digital students. The present situation and existing problems of college students' management in our country and the factors influencing college students' happiness are understood, and some suggestions are put forward to help college students' management work to be carried out more effectively. Using the methods of literature analysis, theoretical research and interview, this paper dissects the contents of college students' ideological education, safety management, fund management, community management and independent management, respectively. Put forward their own views respectively.
