当代大学生人际交往现状分析及大学生人际交往能力培养实证研究

【摘要】:大学生正处于知识储备、人格形成、探索社会的重要时期,也是从未成熟到成熟、从校园步入社会,完成社会化任务的重要过渡阶段。然而许多大学生的人际交往能力令人堪忧,大学生的人际关系状况不尽如人意,因为人际交往适应不良导致的恶性事件也屡现不鲜。因此提高大学生的人际交往能力和改善大学生的人际交往状况势在必行。 就目前的研究成果看,在大学生人际交往现状分析方面,大学生人际交往的特点、范围、内容、功能、意义及影响因素、基本理论等问题的研究较多,但对于新经济时代条件下大学生人际交往呈现出的新状况研究较少。同时,目前对于大学生人际交往能力提升方面还没有一整套包括理论课程和实践课程在内的系统培训方案,本文则力图研究打造出一套适合大学生的,真正能够提升大学生人际交往能力的系统培养体系。 本文的研究内容主要包括大学生的人际交往现状实证研究和大学生人际交往能力提升方案两方面的内容。 采用自编的《大学生人际关系基本状况调查问卷》和《人际交往能力评估问卷》(中文版)作为调查工具,对山东大学的843名在校本科生进行问卷调查,并对两个问卷中的人际关系现状和人际交往能力等7个维度的调查进行了分析。 调查结果分析显示:当代大学生的班级和宿舍人际关系满意度均有待提高;当代大学生的人际交往能力总体情况的高分百分比为20.40%,高于常模5个多百分点,但低分百分比为26.69%,高出常模11个多百分点。当代大学生的“主动交往”、“适当拒绝”、“自我表露”、“情感支持”等方面的人际交往能力较为欠缺,尤其是“情感支持”能力最为欠缺,在“冲突管理”能力方面表现良好;当代大学生的人际交往障碍主要表现在异性交往障碍、学生干部与;普通同学的交往障碍和特殊群体交往障碍几个方面。 文章从课程和实战两方面提出大学生人际交往能力的提升策略和方法。提出大学生人际交往能力提升课程中包含人际关系基本理论和人际关系与其他多种学科交叉的课程内容,并针对不同年级的大学生制定出适用于各年级的人际交往能力提升课程。在方案的实战部分,提出参与式训练(素质拓展、团体辅导)、体验式训练(体验式游戏、情景剧)和咨询式训练(弱势群体咨询、恋爱咨询)三种实战训练模式。使理论知识与客观实践相结合,最终达到提高大学生人际交往能力的最终目标。
[Abstract]:College students are in the important period of knowledge reserve, personality formation and social exploration, which is an important transitional stage from campus to society, from campus to society. However, the interpersonal ability of many college students is worrisome, and the interpersonal relationship of college students is not satisfactory. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the interpersonal ability of college students and improve their interpersonal communication. According to the current research results, there are many researches on the characteristics, scope, content, function, significance and influence factors, basic theory and so on of college students' interpersonal communication. However, there is little research on the new situation of college students' interpersonal communication in the new economic era. At the same time, there is not a whole set of systematic training programs, including theoretical courses and practical courses, for the enhancement of college students' interpersonal skills. This paper tries to study and create a set of suitable for college students. The system that can really enhance the interpersonal ability of college students. The research content of this paper mainly includes two aspects: the empirical study on the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication and the improvement of college students' interpersonal communication ability. In this paper, 843 undergraduates of Shandong University were investigated by using the questionnaire of the basic status of College students' interpersonal relationship and the Chinese version of the questionnaire on the Assessment of interpersonal ability. The present situation of interpersonal relationship and interpersonal ability in the two questionnaires were analyzed. The results show that the satisfaction degree of class and dormitory interpersonal relationship of contemporary college students should be improved, and the percentage of high score of the overall interpersonal communication ability of contemporary college students is 20.40%, which is more than 5 percentage points higher than the norm. But the percentage of low score is 26.69 percent, which is more than 11 percentage points higher than the norm. The interpersonal ability of contemporary college students in such aspects as "active communication", "appropriate rejection", "self-disclosure" and "emotional support" is relatively deficient, especially the ability of "emotional support". In the aspect of "conflict management" ability, the obstacles of interpersonal communication of contemporary college students are mainly heterosexual communication barriers, student cadres and students, ordinary students' communication obstacles and special group communication obstacles. In this paper, the strategies and methods of improving college students' interpersonal skills are put forward from the aspects of curriculum and actual combat. The basic theory of interpersonal relationship and the content of intersecting between interpersonal relationship and other subjects are proposed in the course of enhancing college students' interpersonal communication ability. And for different grades of college students to develop suitable for each grade of interpersonal skills promotion curriculum. In the actual combat part of the scheme, three training modes are put forward: participatory training (quality expansion, group counseling), experiential training (experiential game, drama) and counseling (weak group consultation, love counseling). The final goal of improving college students' interpersonal communication ability is to combine theoretical knowledge with objective practice.
