免费师范生政策及其实施的更进研究——与国防生政策的比较分析

【摘要】：免费师范生政策的实施具有不可否认的积极作用,但其间也存有诸多问题,通过与国防生政策的比较,我们发现免费师范生政策存在政策目的表述不明、覆盖范围不广;政策执行中录用机制不活、淘汰机制不显;政策结果部分导致社会不公等问题。为此,应围绕免费师范生培养的整个流程,进一步完善其在招生录用、在校学习、入职就业等不同阶段的相关政策与举措,力使该项政策的实施卓有成效。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the policy of free normal school students has an undeniable positive role, but there are also many problems. By comparing with the policy of national defense students, we find that the purpose of the policy is not clear and the scope of coverage is not wide. The employment mechanism is not active and the elimination mechanism is not obvious in the policy implementation, and the policy results partly lead to social injustice and so on. Therefore, we should focus on the whole process of training free normal students, and further improve the relevant policies and measures at different stages, such as recruitment, study and employment, so as to make the implementation of this policy fruitful.
