中原工学院大学生实践创新能力培养研究

【摘要】:根据当前建设创新型国家的需要和国家教育发展纲要的要求,为了培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,提高大学生实践创新能力,本文以中原工学院大学生实践创新活动为研究对象,对大学生实践创新能力的培养进行研究,为进一步加强高校人才素质教育,增强高校学生的实践创新能力提供理论支持。 论文首先介绍了选题背景和意义,使我们清楚地认识到加强大学生实践创新能力培养的必要性和紧迫性。对国内外实践创新人才培养现状与相关研究情况进行总结,在此基础上提出本文的主要研究内容和论文框架。 对大学生实践创新能力的相关理论进行了深入探讨,通过对大学生实践创新能力的内涵、构成要素进行分析,对大学生实践创新能力的形成和发展进行研究,找出大学生实践创新能力形成和发展的主要影响因素。 精心设计中原工学院大学生实践创新能力培养现状调查表并开展调研活动。采用统计软件对调查结果数据进行统计,得出学生自身和教师评价、学校人才培养模式与管理机制、教师授课方式创新指导、人才培养综合需求等方面统计数据。 针对问卷结果进行统计分析,从学生自身、高校、教师、政府与社会、校企合作等方面找出了影响大学生实践创新能力培养的主要影响因素,并针对性地从如何提高大学生创新精神与创新意识、如何改革高校人才培养模式、如何建立健全高校实践创新活动管理机制、如何提高教师实践创新指导能力、怎样把政府政策引导和社会创新氛围转化为实践创新能力培养的动力、如何破解高校与企业合作不利的困局等方面提出了意见和建议。 本文研究的部分建议和对策已在《中原工学院教育事业十二五发展规划》和《中原工学院“十二五”本科教学工作发展规划》中体现和运用。
[Abstract]:According to the needs of the current construction of an innovative country and the requirements of the national education development outline, in order to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, to improve the practical innovation ability of college students, This paper takes the practical innovation activities of students in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology as the research object, studies the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of college students, and provides theoretical support for further strengthening the quality education of talents in colleges and universities and enhancing the practical innovation ability of college students. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, which makes us realize clearly the necessity and urgency of strengthening the cultivation of college students' practical innovation ability. On the basis of summarizing the current situation and related research situation of the cultivation of practical and innovative talents at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the main research contents and the framework of this paper. This paper probes into the relevant theories of college students' practical innovation ability, analyzes the connotation and elements of college students' practical innovation ability, and studies the formation and development of college students' practical innovation ability. To find out the main factors influencing the formation and development of college students' practical innovation ability. Carefully design the current situation questionnaire and carry out research on the cultivation of practical and innovative ability of college students in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology. The statistical data of the survey results are obtained by statistical software, such as the evaluation of students themselves and teachers, the training mode and management mechanism of school talents, the innovative guidance of teachers' teaching methods, the comprehensive demand of personnel training and so on. Based on the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire, from the aspects of students themselves, colleges and universities, teachers, the government and society, the cooperation between the school and enterprises, the paper finds out the main factors that affect the cultivation of college students' practical innovation ability. And how to improve the innovative spirit and consciousness of college students, how to reform the talent training mode, how to establish and perfect the management mechanism of practical innovation activities in colleges and universities, and how to improve the ability of teachers to guide the practice innovation. How to transform the guidance of government policy and the atmosphere of social innovation into the motive force of the cultivation of practical innovation ability and how to solve the difficult situation of cooperation between universities and enterprises are put forward in this paper. Some of the suggestions and countermeasures studied in this paper have been reflected and applied in the 12th Five-Year Plan for Education in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology and the 12th Five-Year Plan for undergraduate Teaching in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology.
