文化自觉视域下大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:在全球化背景中,一方面西方文化、思潮及价值观念正以极快的速度在世界各个地区蔓延,其影响不可低估,另一方面当前中国社会的经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式日渐多样化,大学生思想和行为日趋自主、独立,选择性、多变性和差异性日益增强,这些既有积极正面的作用,也有不容忽视的负面影响。较长时期以来,我国教育深受“工具”理念的支配,对教育功能的认识上存在偏差,形成了重科技轻人文、重智力轻道德的倾向,导致大学生不同程度地存在人文精神和人文素养缺失,制约了大学生文化自觉意识和能力的发展。在党的十七届六中全会报告中,胡锦涛同志提出“培养高度的文化自觉和文化自信”,全面提升国民素质的历史任务。这也为新时期大学生思想政治教育提出一个新的更高的要求。高校是培养人才的重要基地,是大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,,在多元文化时代,培养具有高度文化自觉意识、德智体全面发展的社会主义事业的可靠接班人和合格建设者,是大学的根本任务,是大学坚持社会主义办学方向的本质要求。 因此,本课题从文化自觉视域对大学生思想政治教育进行探索,试图对文化自觉视域下大学生思想政治教育进行解读,并在梳理和借鉴国内外大学思想政治教育的相关优秀成果的基础上,反思大学生思想政治教育,着重从文化自觉视域对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的实效性提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization, on the one hand, Western culture, ideological trends and values are spreading at an extremely rapid rate in various parts of the world, and their impact should not be underestimated. On the other hand, the economic components, forms of organization, and employment patterns of the current Chinese society are not to be underestimated. With the diversification of interest relationship and distribution mode, college students' thoughts and behaviors become independent, selective, variable and different day by day. These have both positive and positive effects, but also have negative effects that can not be ignored. For a long time, education in our country was dominated by the idea of "tool", and there was a deviation in the understanding of educational function, which formed the tendency of attaching importance to science and technology, to humanity, to intelligence and to morality. It leads to the lack of humanistic spirit and humanistic accomplishment in different degree, which restricts the development of college students' cultural consciousness and ability. In the report of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, Comrade Hu Jintao put forward the historical task of "cultivating a high degree of cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence" and comprehensively improving the quality of the people. This also puts forward a new and higher request for the ideological and political education of college students in the new period. Colleges and universities are an important base for the cultivation of talents and the main position of ideological and political education for college students. In the age of multiculturalism, they cultivate reliable successors and qualified builders of socialist cause with high cultural consciousness and all-round development of morality, intelligence, and physical integrity. It is the basic task of the university and the essential requirement for the university to adhere to the socialist direction of running a school. Therefore, this subject explores the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of cultural consciousness, and attempts to interpret the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of cultural consciousness. And on the basis of combing and drawing lessons from the outstanding achievements of ideological and political education at home and abroad, this paper reflects on the ideological and political education of college students. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education from the perspective of cultural consciousness.
