长沙市高校体育档案信息化管理现状调查

【摘要】：高校体育档案是高校档案资源的重要组成部分,是高校体育事业发展历史的记载。进入21世纪以来,由于计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,使人类生活进入了信息化时代。传统手工操作的高校体育档案管理工作已远远不能适应现代信息社会的发展要求,体育档案的信息化管理己迫在眉睫,已经引起广大高校领导和体育工作者的高度重视,通过对高校体育档案的信息化管理,可以为高校体育档案管理工作提供极大便利,大力促进我国高校体育事业的发展。加强高校体育档案信息化建设是信息化社会发展和体育事业发展的必然趋势,是提高体育档案利用的必要手段。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。以长沙市高校体育档案信息化管理现状为研究对象,通过对长沙市高校体育档案信息化管理的现状调查,找出长沙市高校体育档案信息化管理目前存在的问题,结合档案网络信息化管理的特点和高校体育档案管理的自身规律,提出相应的解决长沙市高校体育档案信息化管理存在问题的对策与方法。研究认为,长沙市高校校领导对体育档案信息化管理不够重视,大部分档案管理者在思想上认识不足；体育档案信息化管理制度不够完善,标准化程度低,信息化程度低；体育档案内容体系不够完善,所调查高校归档的体育档案内容体系范围小,归档的材料少；体育档案信息化管理基础设施不够完善,硬件设备方面较为充足的设备是计算机和打印机,但是在其它方面相关的电子硬件设备则是寥寥无几；在软件系统方面,没有用到比较专业的档案信息化管理系统,没有建立体育档案数据库；在管理人员的年龄结构方面以40岁以上的中年人员为主；在学历结构方面高学历档案管理人员较少；专业技能方面具有档案管理专业人才较少；对档案管理人员相关专业技能培训活动开展得较少；体育档案信息资源的利用方面,各学校对于体育档案的编研工作基本都是用的传工手方法,很少涉及到计算机等电子设备,远跟不上社会变化的频率,不能满足人们多方位、大容量的查询需求。通过分析将从以下几个方面来解决：1、加强宣传、提高重视；2、制订符合学校实际的体育档案管理制度和管理模式；3、加强档案管理标准化建设；4、完善体育档案内容体系；5、提高体育档案信息化程度和档案资源的利用率；6、提高体育档案管理人员的综合素质,加强管理人员的专业培训以及引进高素质档案管理人才；7、加大资金投入,加强相关软硬件设施的配备。
[Abstract]:Sports archives in colleges and universities are an important part of archives resources in colleges and universities, and are the records of the history of sports development in colleges and universities. Since entering the 21st century, human life has entered the information age due to the rapid development of computer technology and network technology. The traditional manual management of sports archives in colleges and universities has not been able to meet the requirements of the development of modern information society. The information management of sports archives is imminent and has attracted great attention from the leaders of colleges and universities and sports workers. Through the information management of sports archives in colleges and universities, it can provide great convenience for the management of sports archives in colleges and universities, and promote the development of sports undertakings in colleges and universities in China. It is an inevitable trend for the development of information society and sports cause to strengthen the informatization construction of sports archives in colleges and universities. It is also a necessary means to improve the utilization of sports archives. This paper adopts the methods of literature, field investigation, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. Taking the present situation of the information management of university sports archives in Changsha as the research object, through the investigation of the present situation of the information management of the university sports archives in Changsha, this paper finds out the problems existing in the information management of the university sports archives in Changsha. Combined with the characteristics of archives network information management and the law of university sports archives management, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods to solve the problems existing in the university sports archives information management in Changsha. The study shows that the university leaders in Changsha do not pay enough attention to the information management of sports archives, and most of the file managers are not fully aware of the information management system of sports archives, and the management system of sports archives information is not perfect, the degree of standardization is low, and the degree of informationization is low. The content system of sports archives is not perfect enough, the scope of content system of sports archives is small, the materials of archiving are few, the information management infrastructure of sports archives is not perfect, The more abundant hardware equipment is the computer and printer, but the other related electronic hardware equipment is very few. In the software system, there is no use of the more professional file information management system. There is no establishment of sports archives database; the age structure of management personnel is mainly over 40 years of age; the number of highly educated archives managers is less; the professional skills of archives management professionals are less; The training activities related to the professional skills of file managers are relatively few; in the use of sports archives information resources, the compilation and research work of sports archives in schools is basically a method of transferring workers, and rarely involves electronic equipment such as computers. Far from keeping up with the frequency of social change, people can not meet the multi-directional, large-capacity query needs. Through the analysis, we will solve the problem from the following aspects, strengthen propaganda, pay more attention to it, formulate the sports archives management system and management model in accordance with the actual conditions of the school, strengthen the construction of standardization of archives management and improve the content system of sports archives. 5. To improve the information level of sports archives and the utilization rate of archives resources, to improve the comprehensive quality of sports archives management personnel, to strengthen the professional training of managers, to introduce high-quality archives management talents and to increase the investment of funds. Strengthen the related hardware and software facilities.
