XS学院教师能力素质模型研究

【摘要】:独立学院的出现,为我国高等教育发展提供了有益的补充。独立学院的发展定位是为地方的培养应用型人才。它有别于一、二本院校,是典型的教学型本科院校。独立学院在引进人才或者培训人才时,应该注重教师哪些能力素质? 本文以XS学院为例,通过文献法、调查法和实证法等研究方法,利用XS学院的学生评教的指标、打分结果,结合学校优秀教师的甄选条件和教师的教学与科研能力,研究XS学院教师的能力素质,探讨能力素质模型在人才管理和人才引进中的运用。 本文首先在较为深入分析能力素质及其模型文献的基础上,整理和分析XS学院学生评教数据、优秀教师评价数据、科研论文数据和科研经费数据,运用多元统计分析、层次聚类分析和因子分析等方法对数据进行分析处理,得到一些有价值的研究结论。XS学院的学生更看重教师的“教书育人”,更看重教师的课堂教学能力与对学生的循循善诱;从学校管理层的角度看,他们更加倾向于鼓励教师提高课堂教学能力和科研能力。 在本文的实证分析过程中,发现该XS学院的教师评价系统对教师的评价还存在着过于依靠学生评教因素的问题。针对所发现的问题,本文认为:从教师的角度,应该进一步加深对于独立学院学生的特点、基础和需求的了解,使得教学方法、方式和内容更加适合于学生;同时,还应该不断加强科研能力。另外,建议学校应该对于当前的评教系统进行评价指标丰富化和评价方式多样化等方面的改进,使得评价能够更好反映学校的目标追求,并且体现公平与公正,能够真正激发教师的积极性。
[Abstract]:The emergence of independent colleges provides a useful supplement for the development of higher education in China. The development orientation of independent college is to train applied talents for local. It is different from one, two colleges, is a typical teaching undergraduate colleges. Independent colleges in the introduction of talent or training of talent, should pay attention to what the teacher's ability and quality? This paper takes XS College as an example, through the methods of literature, investigation and empirical research, using the index of students' evaluation of teaching in XS College, scoring results, combining the selection conditions of excellent teachers and teachers' teaching and scientific research ability. This paper studies the ability quality of teachers in XS College and discusses the application of ability quality model in talent management and talent introduction. Firstly, on the basis of deeply analyzing the ability quality and its model literature, this paper collates and analyzes the data of XS college students' evaluation of teaching, the data of excellent teachers' evaluation, the data of scientific research papers and the data of scientific research funds, and makes use of multivariate statistical analysis. The methods of hierarchical cluster analysis and factor analysis are used to analyze and process the data, and some valuable conclusions are obtained. The students of XS college attach more importance to the teacher's "teaching and educating", the teacher's classroom teaching ability and the inducement to students. From the perspective of school management, they tend to encourage teachers to improve their classroom teaching and scientific research ability. In the process of empirical analysis in this paper, it is found that the teacher evaluation system of the XS College still has the problem of relying too much on the factors of students' evaluation of teaching. In view of the problems found, this paper holds that: from the perspective of teachers, we should further deepen the understanding of the characteristics, basis and needs of students in independent colleges, so as to make teaching methods, methods and contents more suitable for students; at the same time, We should also constantly strengthen our scientific research capabilities. In addition, it is suggested that schools should improve the current evaluation system in terms of rich evaluation indexes and diversified evaluation methods, so that the evaluation can better reflect the pursuit of the school's goals, and reflect fairness and fairness. Can really stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.
