高校道德教育回归生活的研究

【摘要】:道德源于生活,道德蕴含于生活之中,道德教育不能脱离生活,脱离生活的道德教育是空洞的、没有成效的。笔者通过问卷调查发现,目前高校道德教育脱离生活的现象非常严重,主要表现为:道德教育目标重理想、轻现实;道德教育内容重知识,轻生活;道德教育方法重灌输,轻体验;道德教育评价重考试,轻养成;道德教育途径重课堂,轻环境等方面。造成高校道德教育与生活脱节的原因主要有历史和现实两个方面的原因。当前高校道德教育无法满足大学生的道德需求,远离了大学生的实际生活,高校道德教育回归生活迫在眉睫。 通过理论和实证研究,笔者认为要实现高校道德教育回归生活,主要途径有:从培养“道德圣人”回归到培养“有道德的人”;从重视“知性道德”回归到重视“生活道德”;从“搬砖式德育”回归到“过有道德的生活”;从“象牙塔”回归到“生活世界”;从“终结性评价”回归到“形成性评价”。
[Abstract]:Morality originates from life, morality is contained in life, moral education cannot be divorced from life, moral education from life is empty and ineffective. Through the questionnaire survey, the author finds that the phenomenon of moral education in colleges and universities is very serious at present, which mainly shows as follows: the goal of moral education attaches importance to ideal, not reality; the content of moral education pays more attention to knowledge than to life; moral education pays more attention to inculcating the methods of moral education. Less experience; evaluation of moral education is more important to examination than cultivation; moral education means pays more attention to classroom and environment. There are historical and realistic reasons for the disconnection between moral education and life in colleges and universities. At present, moral education in colleges and universities can not meet the moral needs of college students, and it is far from the actual life of college students, so it is urgent for moral education in colleges and universities to return to life. Through theoretical and empirical research, the author thinks that the main ways to realize the return of moral education in colleges and universities are as follows: from cultivating "moral sage" to "cultivating moral person", from paying attention to "intellectual morality" to "life morality"; From "moving brick moral education" to "living a moral life", from "ivory tower" to "life world", from "summative evaluation" to "formative evaluation".
