新时期高等工程教育改革的对策

【摘要】：高等工程教育是中国走特色新型工业化道路的可靠根基和强大支撑,是建设创新型国家的必然要求。文章对新时期我国高等工程教育的现状、存在的问题和面临的挑战进行了客观的分析,在此基础上,从国家的宏观指导、创新人才培养模式、构建学科专业体系、深化课程体系和教学内容、推进专业认证制度、提升师资队伍工程实践能力等方面,有针对性地提出了加强我国高等工程教育改革与发展的对策。
[Abstract]:Higher engineering education is the reliable foundation and strong support for China to take the road of new industrialization with characteristics, and is the inevitable requirement of building an innovative country. This paper analyzes objectively the present situation, existing problems and challenges of higher engineering education in China in the new period. On the basis of this, the author constructs a discipline system from the macro guidance of the country, the innovation of talent training mode, and the construction of discipline and specialty system. The countermeasures of strengthening the reform and development of higher engineering education in China are put forward in such aspects as deepening the course system and teaching contents, promoting the professional certification system and improving the engineering practice ability of teachers.
