我国护理教育中临床志愿者活动的开展现状

【摘要】：正随着生物-心理-社会医学模式的建立,社会对医务人员的要求也在变化,而护理作为医学的重要组成部分,单纯掌握专业知识与技能已不能满足临床整体护理的需求,新的医学护理模式对护理专业学生的职业素质培养提出了更高要求[1-2]。为此,部分高校组织护理专业学生参加临床志愿者活动,即护理专业在校学生或实习生在自愿的前提下,不计报酬,利用课余时间提供导诊、心理疏导等力所能及的临床服务[3]。本文对我国护
