新时期高校和谐师生关系研究

【摘要】：高校是社会的重要组成部分,建设社会主义和谐社会要求我们要构建和谐高校,而师生关系是教育教学过程中最基本、最重要的人际关系,对教育教学活动的效果和学生的身心发展具有重要作用。教师和学生作为高校的主体,他们之间关系和谐与否直接关系到和谐校园的建设。在新时期,高校师生关系在和谐发展的道路上还存在着不和谐的音符。因此,对高校和谐师生关系的研究是一个具有重要意义的课题。本文通过问卷调查、访谈、文献分析等方法了解当前高校师生关系的现实状况以及存在的主要问题。从社会、学校、教师和学生四个方面对师生关系存在不和谐的原因进行剖析。文章立足于师生关系存在问题,从四个层面提出构建新时期的高校和谐师生关系的途径。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are an important part of society, the construction of a harmonious socialist society requires us to build a harmonious university, and the teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in the process of education and teaching. It plays an important role in the effect of educational activities and students' physical and mental development. As the main body of colleges and universities, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is directly related to the construction of harmonious campus. In the new period, there are disharmonious notes on the road of harmonious development of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities. Therefore, the study of harmonious teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities is of great significance. Through questionnaire, interview, literature analysis and other methods to understand the current situation of teacher-student relations in colleges and universities and the main problems. This paper analyzes the causes of disharmony between teachers and students from four aspects: society, school, teacher and student. Based on the existing problems of teacher-student relationship, this paper puts forward four ways to construct harmonious teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities in the new period.
