高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育与和谐校园构建研究

【摘要】：和谐校园构建是当今和谐社会建设的有机组成部分，高校和各级教育部门已开始高度重视。和谐校园构建是全面建设和谐社会的必然要求，是科学发展观在教育中的体现，是马克思关于人的全面发展学说的内在要求，也是高校思想政治教育的价值追求。随着社会发展和信息技术的日新月异，高校中出现了一个新的学生群体——网络虚拟群体。高校网络虚拟群体具有广泛性、时效性、平等性和虚拟性等特征，对高校和谐校园的构建具有双重效应。因此，当今网络盛行校园时代，如何开展行之有效的高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育，以促进和谐校园的构建显得尤为迫切与重要。 高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育与和谐校园构建两者辩证统一。高校网络虚拟群体的思想政治教育为和谐校园构建提供精神动力和智力支持，，和谐校园构建又为高校网络虚拟群体的思想政治教育提供和谐的育人环境、制度保证和物质保障。网络是一把“双刃剑”，伴随网络发展和在高校的普及，高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育在和谐校园构建中也面临严峻挑战，新时期西方敌对势力借助高校网络虚拟群体进行和平演变趋势加剧，大学生主旋律教育受到挑战，高校网络虚拟群体价值观念扭曲，心理状况面临失衡，传统思想政治教育的主导地位面临严峻挑战。 为构建高校和谐校园，网络虚拟群体的思想政治教育应与时俱进，及时适应网络发展与进步，搞好高校大学生思想政治教育的网络化建设，建立高校自己的网络虚拟社区，加强舆论引导，帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；组建素质过硬、结构合理的高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育队伍，为和谐校园的构建提供良好的组织保证；深入细致地搞好高校网络虚拟群体的心理健康教育，帮助学生塑造健康的内心世界，形成良好的品质，树立和谐的观念；积极创新高校网络虚拟群体思想政治教育的途径，促进高校和谐校园的构建。
[Abstract]:The construction of harmonious campus is an organic part of the construction of a harmonious society. Colleges and universities and educational departments at all levels have begun to attach great importance to it. The construction of harmonious campus is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society in an all-round way, the embodiment of the scientific development concept in education, the inherent requirement of Marx's theory on the all-round development of human beings, and the value pursuit of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. With the development of society and the rapid change of information technology, a new group of students has appeared in colleges and universities-network virtual group. The network virtual group in colleges and universities has the characteristics of extensiveness, timeliness, equality and virtualization, which has a double effect on the construction of harmonious campus in colleges and universities. Therefore, how to carry out the effective ideological and political education of network virtual group in colleges and universities in order to promote the construction of harmonious campus is particularly urgent and important. The ideological and political education of network virtual group in colleges and universities is dialectically unified with the construction of harmonious campus. The ideological and political education of the network virtual group in colleges and universities provides the spiritual power and intellectual support for the construction of the harmonious campus, and the construction of the harmonious campus provides the harmonious educational environment, system guarantee and material guarantee for the ideological and political education of the network virtual group in colleges and universities.
