高校资困助学工作范式转换探析

【摘要】：随着我国改革的不断深入和经济发展、社会转型、高等教育自身改革和学生群体的不断变化,高校资困助学必须创新工作理念,积极推行"发展型资助",实行由单一资助向多元资助、由无偿资助向相对有偿使用、由解决生活保障向促进学生全面发展的范式转换,真正实现其"帮困扶志、助学立人"的价值旨归。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of our country's reform and economic development, social transformation, the reform of higher education itself and the continuous changes of student groups, colleges and universities must innovate their working concepts and actively promote "developmental funding". From single aid to multiple aid, from free support to relatively paid use, from solving life security to promoting students' all-round development, the value of helping students to help students achieve the goal of "helping students to help students achieve the goal".
